They have definitely made some major changes at this location. The employees seem to be better trained and more efficient. They were friendly and were able to get my order right on the first time. My food was hot and prepared relatively quickly. The restaurant seem to be clean and neat and in order. Months ago I would have listed this location as the best fast food restaurant in the Tuscaloosa downtown area, until my last 3 visits. Orders are wrong occasionally, breakfast croissant was cold, etc.
