Tried to make a catering order at this location 3 days in advance. I was told we couldn't place a pick up after 12pm due to a $4000 catering order that had been placed by someone else. The business is still planned to be open mind you. That must have been the polite way to say my money wasn't any good there. Extremely disappointed in this business practice. Not what I would consider a Chick-Fil-A experience.

However, some customers have expressed disappointment with the ice used, which is described as slushy and watery, affecting the taste of drinks. Additionally, the parking lot experience has slowed down, and some customers find the staff less friendly, requiring them to ask for drink carriers, straws, and napkins.
