They didn’t turn the blizzards upside down like they are supposed to. Our blizzards are basically milkshakes, and they didn’t put fudge topping on one of them like I paid for. It’s like that every time.
I miss when people would actually like to work and cared about their jobs.
Employees were rude and our order (total of 3 items) was incorrect.

While there may be occasional misunderstandings with delivery services, the staff strives to do their best. The food was good, but sometimes part of an online order can be missing. Customers love their delicious ice cream and desserts, though they are not very cheap. The attention is very fast. The manager is amazing and remembers orders, remaking blizzards with a smile. Overall, it's a great place to eat in or grab food to go.
