We were seated quickly, the owner is SO friendly and hard working and her husband, Chef Jason is amazing as well. They really take the time to get to know their customers and their food was beyond exceptional and the staff was so nice. I don’t come this way often, but when I do, I will definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful experience.”

“BEST BBQ IN AZ! I’m visiting from South Carolina, BBQ country, and let me tell you, Up In Smoke BBQ tasted better than homes, just AMAZING. I had the pulled pork, Mac and cheese(that crumble on top, perfect touch)Cole slaw and cornbread. I highly recommend this place! Go get yourself some BBQ!”

Food was so good, we loved their wonton soup and Thai BBQ chicken.
We also tried their cream cheese wontons and pork thai fried rice which were very tasty.

However their website states they are open til 9pm so I drove over to eat there tonight and the waitress walked me back to my booth and all of the sudden she says oh I’m sorry we’re closed. I said your website says open til 9pm? She said well we usually are but not tonight. I said but I’m here you have people in here eating right now. Can’t you serve me since your website led me to come here. She said I’m sorry we’re closed and I can’t serve you. Then she adds have a nice night. I hadn’t eaten all day. There are no restaurants in chino open at 8pm in chino. Talk about frustrated. I don’t know if or when I’d come back. There wasn’t even a sign on the door saying closed at 8pm. I drove out of my way. I’m sorry but that’s really bad that they would advertise their hours and then change them to suit their restaurant. Maybe this is common? But why would I recommend it if you can’t be sure when they’re open. I almost had company with me tonight that was gonna come from 30 min away. Im a little irritated 😣”

“Definitely my go to anytime I choose to go out! between Thursday and Saturday there is awesome karaoke and the best bartender in town Christina. the food is bomb specially the burgers and cheese curds! don't pass up our little piece of paradise in our small town!”

“We love, love, love Winey Cats! Good people, relaxing atmosphere, yummy wine and beer. And they love kitties too! My favorite place. So much so we had our wedding there last year! Great customer service, fun folks, a gorgeous setting and sweet kitties 😻 What more could you ask for?!?”

“Just stopped in on our way through Chino Valley, hush puppies reminded me of mom’s automatic 5 stars. I got the cod nice flaky white tasted great my son got the cat fish(basa) he loved it. Will be stopping again. Service was perfect greeted as soon as we came in.”

“Ashley, our waitress was incredible. Her service was amazing and a fabulous smile. Nino who made our amazing pizza today. We love love, love the crust. It was crispy and not greasy. We really enjoy it. I’m sure Steve the owner is great and a hard-working man who is trying to provide for his family. But under the current world it’s very hard to make a profit. I hope someday, they a give the place a good cleaning and give it a face lift, it is well overdue. I did talk to gentleman and his wife that drove 15 miles today just to get your steak sandwich. They said there’s no other like it in the area.. I’d love to give you a five, maybe next time we can get the community to come in and help give you like a shoe shine, it definitely needs to be polished. Also, please bring in spicy Italian sausage. You want to keep us Italians happy, lol.

“Yesterday, I stepped outside my comfort zone. What the heck is a Pork Shank? Our server said is was a pork leg and resembled a LARGE TURKEY LEG. I took a chance (it was the mashed potatoes & gravy that got me!) OMG - eye popping size, much more delicious that I ever expected! We've eaten there several times over the last year or so, and keep returning. Soups are wonderful, burgers are outstanding, salads too, not to mention the pies!! The only thing that would make it better is an ocean view!!!☺️😆😉”
