The staff is short handed, and not able to use the drive thru is not a pleasant experience.I know Chick-fil-A has taken a lot of your business, but when the light is off on the menu board, it looks like yours tore is closed.I saw where other guest had a look on there face like-are you open. The workers today are not engaged.
This was a Drive thru experience which was lacking over all. If people do not want to work in the service industry THEY SHOULD NOT! Change your attitude in the drive thru, perhaps a greeting or not being annoyed that you simply have to take orders would be nice. Also whats with the tipping culture. Its getting out of hand! To ask me if I “would like to tip 20%, 15% or zeroPercent” for what?! Inconveniencing you to take my order?? ? get out of here with that nonsense.And...read full review
