Place is always on point and restaurant staff are amazingly friendly. Called to add someone to my online order and the gentleman who helped me was very kind and efficient. He took great care of me.

I've never been to this place. I got a turkey and ham add bacon combo. I wasn't sure how anything worked, I assumed it's just like any other sub place.I figured out the sandwich. I wasn't given any options about bread. The topping is very limited. I got it pretty fast. Well, when I got home, the sandwich was COLD like the bread had been in the fridge, and they had just taken it out. It made it hard to bit, and somehow, the sub was flavorless. I needed 34 box lunches for a club meeting on a Saturday at 10:45 am. On Thursday I talked to Carol, the manager, about how to make this happen. Carol walked me through the process, took my order and assured me the box lunches would be ready on time on Saturday. And they were! The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, as were the cookies and chips. Thanks to Carol and her team, lunch was a big hit with the club.
