“Had to stop eating to leave a review because I'm actually that impressed.Every pizza chain in the South Phoenix area has let me down by way of either operating hours or the shocking poor quality/service. But this Marcos actually did it right. The service was great even late at night, the lady answered my call near closing time and was friendly. I felt like they actually put effort into the pizza unlike nearby Pizza Hut, Dominos, etc. Please give your staff a raise because they deserve it, especially the staff working 11/18/2023 during closing“
“I’ve had dominoes for a long time and most of the time it’s a hit and miss on the flavor and service. I can tell you this is probably the best Domino’s order I’ve ever placed and I’m super happy with the outcome. The food was very fresh and hot when it arrived at my house, and the delivery kid was super nice and friendly. Thank you for a pleasant experience“
“I know personally that laveen can be a tough area but the people like AnaCaren here at this location along with their cooks and drivers are all great and really try we have ordered from all in are area and only this location of Papa Johns has impressed me. Again thank you for all you do for us out hereVegetarian options: Great optionsKid-friendliness: Awesome staff“
“WowEverything was perfect. Best italian ive ever had.Pasta was perfectFussolini RossoGnocci BurrataGrilled SalmonThe Gnocci was cooked perfectly. Everything about it was perfectThe Fussolini hits you in the face. Who knew a single noodle in each bite would be the perfect amount of flavorThe grilled salmon was something. The texture profile on the flesh side of the salmon could not have been better. Grill marks but no char. The outside-most part of the flesh side was a bit different texture as the inner flesh. Perfect.Wait staff was really good. I wish I remember our waiter's name. Perfect mix of small talk and service.Manager made an appearance which is always nice just so you know they care and isnt in the back watching tv while his staff is doing the work.Even had a nice convo with the waiter about the salmon and how they prepare it. He was a stand up guy.The only thing that could be complained about (i am not) is the portion sizes are not giant. I feel that the sizes are perfect, however. For reference I am a 170 lb male. I eat between 1500 and 2200 calories a dayIf i was local I would eat here at least twice a month. Wouldnt change anything. Perfect end to my trip.Vegetarian options: Not familiar with this, but I believe they were clearly marked. Certain dishes had a "V" which i believe was red. They were the dishes with no meat. Could be vegan too. Ate the Gnocci which was one of them. Amazing dish. If you are vegetarian/vegan, you arent left behind.I also believe all pasta had a gluten free variant, but i do not remember for certainKid-friendliness: No menu for kids, but waiter gave suggestions for small portion/flavors which kids would enjoy. No problems at all“
“I'm giving it 5 stars for the food. The food from the appetizers, pizza and desserts was delicious. You can tell they only use the best/freshest ingredients and it is cooked with care. We were blown away by the quality and the prices were great. The location was beautiful and with a reservation we were seated immediately. The service was lacking though. Our server was much more interested in hanging out with his coworkers, he straight up ignored us. The rest of the staff was great though! We will go back though because the food was so fantastic and hope for a better service experience.“
“This place is amazing. Everything that I've ordered from there has been delicious. It's so nice to finally have some diversity in restaurants in our neighborhood instead of the usual pizza, chicken or Mexican food. Not there bad, but it's nice to have itialian back in this part of town. It's been too long....??“

“The Margherita pizza is delicious here. The ambiance outside is also great in the spring. This is definitely one of my favorite Italian restaurants in the city. You have to pay for parking at the south parking lot. However, they have a code by the entrance to validate your parking using the phone app. Make sure you use it. ?“
“Mimi Forno! An Italian hidden gem! Here's my 2 cents. Whenever I go to a restaurant especially if it's something like MiMi Forno, I do a little homework first, and I did. This place is a cool find. It's in a Shopping Center in the middle of nowhere on Baseline and 35th Avenue, beautiful mountain views. It deserves its own parking lot! Heck, TBome has their own....JS! This owner, from Italy, started this restaurant after he started his farm, which is also in South Mountain. The farm has 300 olive trees and he makes his own olive oil. He says he spices it up. I asked for a bottle of it at the table, just so I could try it. It's really good, it's not spicy like they said. I kind of shook the bottle up to stir up the spices so I could try to see if it was spicy, because I really like spice, it wasn't. Now for the pizza. This pizza oven is copper, it's beautiful, it's from Napoli. My mother and the lady that I went with have been to Italy a dozen times, they told me that this was the best pizza they've ever had in the United States. It really was good. We had two 12-inch pizzas, Cappricciosa and and there were three pieces left between the three of us so if go there, keep this in mind. We had the Salsiccia, and the cappricciosa. Yum! The olives on the cappricciosa were a nice touch. They make their own gnocchi and they make their own spinach ricotta ravioli and pappardelle, we didn't have that, but we will next time. Their wine list is exceptional. My mother had a glass of Chianti and loved it. During Happy hour, it's $4 a glass, by the way, which is Monday through Friday. I asked the chef, who is from Italy and barely speaks English, because when doing my research on the place, I discovered that the dough is a 75% hydration ratio, so I asked him how they come about that. I can't exactly repeat it but it is fascinating science and the guy does know what he's doing. Save room for dessert, because the cannolis were delicious! If you order them, you get three little cannolis. We also had the tiramisu, scrumptious, creamy, perfect. They have a three dessert special for $22 and it's worth every penny. There were three of us. We loved it and you will too. We will be going back there regularly!“
