“We have been coming here for over 20 years specifically for the molcajete. It is always made to order and always has the same delicious flavor . You will not find this same flavor molcajete anywhere else. They offer a variety of mariscos but compared to other marisco restaurants they have a smaller menu. Definitely worth the drive for this amazing dish.”

“10/10 Absolutely love Carl’s Jr! Came in Sunday morning around 2:40Am when I greeted by a young gentleman at the window who gave outstanding service. Food was delicious and loved it. As a former manager at Burger King I definitely would say their employees are on top of their game! The area is a little shady with all the homeless walking around but it’s definitely worth it!”

“We had read about Bacanora and all the awards, and eating here did not disappoint. From the prawns to the cactus to the short rib, the food was excellent. Everything is cooked over an open flame in the restaurant and the atmosphere is wonderful. We were celebrating our anniversary and the wait staff was attentive and helpful with great suggestions and pairings. Definitely a restaurant that deserves all the accolades it gets.”

“I was in quite a pickle when I realized that I was not prepared for my sister’s 30th birthday. She’s an amazing gal, one of my favorites. She deserves the world - at the very least, a cake! Darn it all and my procrastination. It was less than a week before her birthday! I went on a frantic search “birthday cakes in Surprise AZ”. *shout out to my Cali peeps*. And then I saw it, a bakery, Love and Cake. I sent an email on Sunday (even though her website says it is closed on Sundays) and I received a response the same day. We set it up. My savior, Sarah, would deliver to Surprise all the way from Chandler. She went above and beyond. I’m glad I splurged on this gift. You will be too.”

“We had reservations at 5pm, which was a perfect time to hit their happy hour and find parking in their small lot. The summer menu was amazing! My favorite was the squash salad- so light and flavorful without being weighed down by a lot of dressing. My husband noted that it felt like a fine dining experience with hoe attentive the staff were. Will definitely be coming back when we're in the area again!”
