Just left McDonald's and a third of my order was missing per usual! I went back to get my items and one of the workers tried to tell me that it was in the bag when it wasn't! Legit the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. Officially off of my restaurant list!
Look, I can look past forgetting things, I can look past cold fries, I don’t even care if you give me an attitude because hey, it’s fast food. But what sends me into a rage, is being burrito-less over stupid reasons. I am an absolute sucker for the sausage burritos, I placed a mobile order for breakfast items around 15 minutes BEFORE they STOPPED serving breakfast. Went to this location and ordered a sandwich I thought was on the menu. Got to the first window and the dude in the window was rude as hell. I understand being in the food industry sucks but I work customer service as well ?♂️ anyways I ordered something that they didn't have I had just gotten off a 8 hour shift at work and was a bit tired so had a short fuse when it comes to rude people so I was already frustrated when the window guy showed me a hella attitude.
