Chandler on the phone was extremely kind to me. He is attentive, detail oriented, and understanding. The manager who works here, she was also very nice and prompt. I was greeted with a smile and the team here is authentic and genuine in their efforts making the food. The food at Rubio’s is delicious, and next time I know I will experience that again. With the closing of the signal Butte Rubio's, we went searching for a replacement. Rubio's on power and baseline turned out to be horrible to the point of brick hard overcooked food employees with bad attitudes, no place to park and a restaurant not set up to handle the high volume on Tuesdays. This location near Bass Pro was our next attempt. It has plenty parking and the eating area is nice but inside was overly warm but not a big deal. I have been going to this Rubios for a few years now. Started to see a decline in service over the 2023. A few eeks ago they ran out of food and we all had to wait until the manager returned with tortias he purchased at walmart across the parking lot. Today they got my order wrong again and the steak bowl had no steak in it. Brad R will probably responded with his canned response which tells me they dont really care. Hopefully they replace it with a better food place.
