“We didn't stay at the resort. We ate dinner elsewhere and came here for cocktails. Haven't been here in a while. The atmosphere in the bar is very nice. Nice view of outside from a big window you look out at. Service was average, but drinks were good. People were very friendly. Too bad it was raining because they have a very nice outdoor space. We enjoyed ourselves.“
“This OG of the neighborhood is an overwhelming favorite for locals who know the quality and the service. The tourists love it for the first time once they find it. Everything on the menu is delicious. You really can't miss. Just close your eyes and pick an entree.“
“Had dinner and drinks this evening, set at the bar and the bartender on duty was very plain and as soon I order my food and 1 drink, I felt pressure by the way she ask me if I wanted to close my tap. I been staying here for the last 3 weeks from Wednesday through Saturday weekly and is the first time I felt uncomfortable when having dinner on the premises. I was fortune David showed up and took over part of the bar and started making my drinks and food. Had 4 Mules , 2 tacos and Calamari. Thanks David the drinks were ?? . But overall, the experience and the food is great!!“
“Delicious local dining establishment. Not easy to see from the intersection, but it's there on the south west corner. Just trust your GPS. Excellent food and a fabulously upscale menu. One more thing, if there isn't any parking right in front, just follow the signs and go around the corner. There's tons of parking in the back. And, if you park in the back you can enter through the kitchen entrance which is quite fun and makes you feel like a real insider! Try the salmon on the cedar plank it's one of their specialties.“
“We had an amazing time at Steak 44. The food is outstanding, and the steaks are well prepared. The cocktails are delicious, making it hard to only have one. If this isn't enough, the service is impeccable, taking your dining experience to another level. We will definitely be back for another memorable dinner.“
“Very intimate and definitely one of the better Michelin restaurants I've been to. I will be back and definitely recommend the chefs wine pairing. 10/10 experience staff was very knowledgeable and respectful. Selected the premium add-ons with zero regrets.“
“A delightful change of pace to the array of local fine dining establishments and experiences. An attentive staff, a boundlessly energetic chef and a creative approach not often seen outside the likes of major culinary markets. If you're looking for a down to earth approach to fine dining, with a lean towards exquisite cuisine and top notch service, done without excessive pomp and circumstance... this is your place.“
“Costra taco was one of the best we had during our stay in PHX. The dark salsa that came with the chips was also fantastic. We ate in a group of 8 with a kid so we were worried we wouldn’t find room but we did and it was great. There were high chairs.“
“Food is phenomenal. It is hard to find great seafood in Phoenix. My wife suggested this place, because she knows how much I like Manhattan Style Clam Chowder. I enjoyed their take on it. The tomato base was a little thicker than most of the Service was kind and attentive. A great place for my wife and I to get away for a dinner date. They sat us away from the bar and T.V. area which made it easy to talk and enjoy each other's company.“
“The vibe was easygoing and relaxed. The food was tasty and didn’t feel like it was trying too hard, which is hard to pull of with newer restaurants. Our server was amazing, made sure we were well taken care of but didn’t hover. The cocktails were balanced and smooth. The chocolate cake was the best I’ve ever had, delectable but not overly sweet. The owner was working the line, which I love. Sweet Phoenix spot!“
“Absolutely fantastic menu that does not disappoint! The service was excellent…..the venue itself stunning….but, most importantly, the salad and the diamanté pizza were both so original and beyond delicious!! If you have missed this gem, find it!! You’ll love it!!“
“Came here on a whim. Tried the hibiscus nonalcohol drink. Unique flavor, but to be honest was a little bit disappointed by how much ice was in the glass; it was filled to the brim with ice, so it really wasn't quite the beverage it could have been, having watered down rapidly. The meatballs with sauce & cheese were okay but slightly flat in taste and kind of reminded me of meatloaf. Therefore, I resolved to order the meatloaf for comparison, and at this point was pleasantly surprised by an absolutely delicious meatloaf, with a bit of crust. The brussel sprouts were fantastic, the best I've ever had, with what seemed to be a sprinkle of brown sugar that added to the flavor. Mashed potatoes completed the plate. The gravy was not overly heavy. Visually, this entree does not appear as colorfully as it tasted! I'd return to try something else. Service from Bre was wonderful.“
“I've been coming to this location since it opened. As a veteran myself, I love the story behind this place. The ciders are amazing and I always say I hope this place never leaves. Everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is very chill, even better with the right “
“We love this place. Fun people, great outdoor seating, tasty drinks (many are local/AZ brews and ciders) They don't serve food but they invite delicious food trucks that are amazing that come by. Plus local restaurants like Que Chevere will deliver to you!!“
“Defin a hole in the wall place next to a liquor store on Apache and McClintock. It had a huge liquor and beer menu in which I would like to try one day, didn't have a chance to get a drink tonight.. I ordered "what's your beef bro" and plain hamburger. Everything was tasty and the service was good. Defin be back to try everything else“
“We were referred here by an Uber driver related to the owner. The server was great, attentive and well informed in the food and history. He didn't steer us wrong on recommendations. They are known for their pastas which are home made! You can tell the difference between home made vs box. I had the ravioli lobster which the sauce was to die for. The gnocchi pesto is also home made which might be the best pesto we have ever had. You absolutely need to start off with famous pizzelle! The tiramisu is not your basic cake layers, this is unique and delicious. It's very nice inside, clean and welcoming.“
“This is the kind of place you need to return to multiple times, because there's no way to try everything in one go! We had the spicy Mac and cheese burger, the Tony Montana, and the Hot Dog. The fries were so good, I kept eating them even though I was full. The drinks looked great but we didn't get to try them. I have to come back some day if not only to try the PB&J Burger!Parking: A parking corral is on the other side of the adjacent building. We went at an unexpected peak time (3pm on Sunday). We still managed to luck out and find a spot in the shade.“
“Cool place in Downtown.Manger was super helpful. Fast service and server were niceHad the shrimp empanadas and potato tacos. The shrimp was a hit, and the potatoes were good. They just needed more salt n pepper.Prices were amazing, especially for downtown. Will definitely be going back to try the chicken tinga.“
“On a whim went to Federal and was greeted with an immediate table and phenomenal food. Our server Amber was gave one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a while. So friendly, put up with any request we had, and gave all the Parmesan we could have asked for. Thank you ATUMN and thank you Federal.“
“This is the best Mexican restaurant I have ever been to! The food was beyond divine! We came here with friends after spotting they had a separate vegan menu and I can’t fault the food, service or atmosphere. The staff were super helpful and friendly, attentive and eager to answer any questions we had about the food. The drinks were delicious and there’s something for everyone here. The food was next level! We shared the bottomless tortilla chips, had 2 vegan burritos and several cocktails. You must visit this amazing restaurant because it’s authentic and delicious! Also fellow vegans, you will not be disappointed. ?Vegetarian options: They have a separate vegan menuDietary restrictions: Vegan menu! ???Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor restaurant“
“Okay. Seriously the most pleasant staff I've encountered in a bar setting. This beautiful cocktail lounge is such a hidden gem. Drinks were wonderful and affordable; which is crazy nowadays! From the first time I walked into this place, I felt like I was home. Live music is some guy that won American Idol or something, and holy shit. I sat there and drank for three hours because of him. I will recommend this place to anyone. Also, what a clean bathroom. BRAVO!“
“It really surprised me, great atmosphere nice people, great service and the food... GREAT!!!We had the "Seared Scallops" , Bad & Buri, Ryujin , Mushrooms Miso Soup and a couple of drinks.Next time in Phoenix I am coming back for sure.“
“I’ve been going to Blue Adobe for more than 15++ years when a boss took me there for lunch. It is as delicious now as it was then. The food is consistent and tasty. Great New Mexican cuisine. You can’t go wrong, I’ve never had a bad dish here. I recommend the Stacked Enchiladas “Christmas Style” with a fried egg or Yesterday’s Meatloaf. You’ll leave feeling full. It’s the “stick to your ribs” kind of food.“
“Beautiful and aesthetic ambience. Totally amazing vibes. Food was equally good. It was served in a good portion size and the pasta was an in-house preparation. Went there with a few friends for dinner. We ordered two mushroom pastas, pasta alla vodka and chicken Alfredo. Everything was so much balanced and the service was really nice and quick.“
“What’s not to like here? Everything is fresh and delicious. I had the salmon which was cooked perfectly. The appetizers were yummy and just enough for our group. Calamari was a huge hit! Highly recommend. The team was attentive & friendly. We ❤️ everything about Alexi’s Grill.“
“This is an excellent Italian Restaurant. My first course was the Insalata di Spinaci (Spinach Salad). The salad was delicious and perfectly dressed. The complimentary bread that came with the meal was outstanding. For the main course, I ordered Fettuccine Della Casa and Penne all' Arrabbiata, both dishes were incredible. The service at the restaurant is top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant, if you enjoy Italian Food.“
“Forno 301 is a weird one for me. I like it when a restaurant features a concise menu; in theory this means they put out higher quality food compared to when they try to do it all, you know what I mean? Salads, pastas, paninis, and pizzas. Keep it simple. Love it.I ordered the Forno 301 pizza, and to be honest, it didn’t knock my socks off. The center was completely soggy, but the rest of the crust was nice and crispy. The sauce was good and seasoned nicely, but the onion, mushroom, and sausage combo ended up being rather boring. Parmesan cheese was not offered for the pizzas or the pastas, and didn’t seem to be available, which felt like a letdown. I tried their gnocchi and I was less than impressed with the undersalted pesto. The bruschetta appetizer was the saddest looking bruschetta I’ve ever seen and not at all worthy of the price tag.As for the restaurant itself, it was loud, dark, and laid out in a very strange way. I guess that’s what you get when you buy an old fast food restaurant and cut corners on the renovation. The staff were friendly, but their archaic pen and paper ticketing system meant it was a pain to split our bill at the end of dinner. With the vast number of quality Italian restaurants across the valley, competition is stiff, and Forno 301 feels like a half-baked operation that left me wanting more.“
“Just had lunch at Karsen's Grill. We're visiting from SoCal, here for Spring Training. Walking around Old Town Scottsdale, we stumbled upon Karsen's, and while looking at the menu outside, a patron said, "This is our first time here, but the food is excellent." So, we went in. She was right!! I got the salmon Caesar salad-they 86'd the blackened for me, and my husband got the shrimp tacos, also minus the blackened. Excellent food, fabulous friendly servers! Sam and Rocky are the best!! If you are in Old Town Scottsdale, definitely hit Karsen's Grill for lunch before your game!“
“Fantastic venue! It used to be a house, so it's very cozy, with lots of nooks for people to mingle in. It's the right comfortable, relaxed atmosphere to reconnect with old friends and make deep bonds with new ones. The cocktails and mocktails are phenomenal! Everyone's talking about the Queen Bee, but there's a cinnamon berry one with a shockingly complex flavour that I loved. We hosted a private mixer at Garden Bar and Kim & her team were terrific. Great to work with, rock solid, made the event a total delight. My guests kept coming up saying how lovely the place was and how delicious the drinks were. One guest was hesitant to try a different drink because of how enamoured he was with the first.A true hidden gem, and a fantastic host for our event. Highly recommend.“
“Bartender Jessica was awesome! Friendly, fast, and knowledgeable service. Tried the #1 and absolutely loved the citrus flavor of the beer, had another during the comedy show. Do Better comedy was a good time and was happy we wound up there. Very nice inside and super clean and spacious bathrooms. Very, very accessible space !“
“We made reservations for 2 at the Village Tavern in Scottsdale on Resy to take advantage of the Amex Resy credit.Cocktails - inventive and strong and $2/off martinis on Saturday night!Food - Maryland crabcake - very soft, not over battered, very tasty. Side salad a bit salty.Beet salad was very good. Fresh butter lettuce, crisp beet, goat cheese. I only wish we got more beets!Entrees: prime rib dinner (8/10 - had better but for $30ish bucks a great deal)Prime rib sandwich with sweet potato fries (prime rib/bun was good)Dessert was a stellar (very tart) key lime pie.Service was efficient and friendly. All in all, a great dinner at non-Scottsdale prices! Highly recommend and would come again.“
“Nick was amazing!!! I’ve been to this bar a few times and have enjoyed it each time. This most recent visit absolutely blew away my expectations. Nick was truly putting on a masterclass in bartending. He took so much pride in his work, and was so personable. He recommended the perfect drinks and made them better than I could have imagined. Go to this bar!! Ask for Nick!!! You will be glad that you did.“
“This is my favorite spot for craft beer straight from the tap. They also have a little convenience store on the other side of the bar that has other beers and wines that are not available on tap. Excellent customer service and atmosphere. Highly recommended to all beer and wine drinkers.“
“First time coming to Tempe. This was my choice for dinner our first night in town, boy did I choose right. Food was amazing, had the escargot, raw oysters, steamed clams, chicken fingers, and fried pickles. (I shared all these items with my party, I didn't eat it all myself lol.) The vibe was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better first night in Arizona. I'm already trying to figure out how I can go back before we leave.“
“First, the service was friendly and helpful. The staff worked well together to make our dinner experience outstanding.I tried four entrees from our guests and even the appetizer of calamari was tasteful and prepared well. Wow! All was great and the sand sabs were the best. The ambiance was comfortable and WE WILL RETURN. I will share with all my friends and colleagues“
“We decided last minute to check out Belly. I was intrigued by the menu and it certainly didn’t disappoint. It was very busy but our hostess was very kind to accommodate us without a reservation. Once inside, I really liked the vibe, friendly staff, stylish eclectic feel. We started with some cocktails and crispy spring rolls. Fantastic! CJ was bartending and certainly had his mixology down. The Burnt Offering was amazing! Spring rolls were fresh, crispy and very authentic. For dinner we had the Shaking Beef and pork Belly and Egg Clay pot. Both were delicious but I was most impressed by the pork belly! Alexandra was very knowledgeable about the restaurant and filled us in on its history and some new concept restaurants that management had coming up in Gilbert and Downtown. Phoenix. Hands down my new fav restaurant. I’m looking forward to coming back and exploring more of the menu as well as the new locations“
“We have been here several times for breakfast and decided to go for dinner. For such a Great place they were not busy at all. The indoor restaurant is still closed for renovations but was still a very nice dinner outside with the overcast sky, the light breeze and the misting system! I fully enjoyed the meal and atmosphere!“
“Stopped by this place before going to the Giants stadium for spring training. They said it was a 20 minute wait but we were able to get seated sooner. It was busy when we went but the service was fast and we got served quickly. Their coffee is good and we got water as well. The food was really good too, lots of options to choose from and lots of drinks as well. Definitely a place to check out in Scottsdale.“
“This was my first time trying Korean fried chicken and it was delicious. I learned that they double fry it so no wonder it is so crispy but somehow still super juicy on the inside. We tried 3 of the 4 flavor options available: soy and garlic, sweet and spicy, and original. All of them were tasty. We also tried the Rosé Tteokbokki which if I had to compare it to something, it tastes similar to vodka pasta sauce. For drinks, they have the classics like beer and sake along with some cocktails. We ordered the Milky Way pitcher which is cass beer with milkis (milky carbonated drink) and it was surprisingly good. Service was good and attentive. This spot is on the pricier side for both food and drinks so keep that in mind. The vibes are Korean late night street food: fun place to come with friends.“
“Cute place with a good band and friendly staff. Very clean with great food, and decent drinks but measured, didn't seem like free pour. Lots of olives on my dirty martini. I didn't know it was there but I would definitely go again.“
“Forewarned - this place is super expensive. We did it once, but wouldn't go back. Experience is worth it, but probably more so for those who drink bourbon. We started with the jumbo shrimp cocktail ($10/piece). Then we went right into the main course - Filet and Rack of Lamb. Both were extremely good. We added lobster (+$75) to the Filet and a flambe to the lamb. I couldn't eat all of the lamb - 25oz. The next day's lunch was amazing :). And we had mashed for the side - a little bit too sweet. Wish the waiter had mentioned the additional cost, but that's what happens when you go to super expensive restaurants. It was an experience.“
“Though we initially felt the menu is limited, every dish we ordered was exceptional. My daughter ordered the raviolis with marinara, and it may have been the best marinara I've ever had. The ingredients are fresh, and left us wanting more.“
“This was a cool place. I liked the vibe and location. The food was just so so, we got a bunch of tacos and they just weren't that flavorful. For food 3/5. However, the margs 5/5. The guava one had to be one of the best margaritas I've had! We will be back, we will skip the food but come for a few good drinks“
“Such a fun place to go with a ton of arcade games that are fairly cheap and free games at most of the tables. The service was excellent and the beer was delicious. The atmosphere was so fantastic! There are old tvs everywhere playing the most wonderful 70s/80s/90s shows and movies while a dj spins classic hits all night. Definitely worth a stop for sure.“
“Great place for socializing and meeting new people! Food is alright, but what food isn't when you've had a few drinks. Great place to play pool, pool tournaments, darts, sing Kareoke with "The Shawn Show," awesome friendly bartenders, barbacks, and shuffle board as they are working on expanding. Love it at Septembers!!!*“
“Came here by chance and had a great lunch. Our server was Ally(?) and she helped with some recommendations. For drinks I had Dos XX’s ? and water. I started off with guacamole that was very good; and complimented the various salsas they brought out with chips. Enjoyed them all. Then I went with the lamb ? taco on a flour tortilla. Generous portion served. The meat was very tender and juicy too. The side of corn was very good as well. The meal was filling, but not so filling that I couldn’t try the rum cake with ice cream and caramel sauce. That, I couldn’t finish; so I took it ‘To Go.’ I’ll definitely return as my friend had the cherry beef that he says was better than the pulled pork. Great time sitting outdoors on the small patio area.“
“We received outstanding service and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting.Given the price point of the menu I feel the food could be a bit more unique. Also, the dishes would benefit from being more balanced in seasoning - there was a tendency of every item on the plate having heavy, homogeneous flavor, so taste buds tire quickly.“
“My friend and I stopped into Rewinded to wait for our seats at the tiny Glai Baan restaurant. What a delightful surprise! Rewinded is a funky bar filled with the most board games I've ever seen. The Logo quiz game at our place at the bar made our wait to eat fly by. The staff was extremely friendly, and our server was very knowledgeable about wine. I can't wait to go back and play Monopoly. Maybe I'll score some real estate. Reminded is definitely a score!“
“What a great meal. The service was very welcoming with Karely taking care of me and my party. We got to meet the owner Jose! Very nice. I couldn’t eat all of my meal but I went home and finished it in front of the t.v. Thanks El Chullo and welcome to MELROSE!“
“Absolutely Loved my time there. Had a bottle of Champagne with Appetizers by the Fireplace in the Bar area 1st then moved over to the Dining Room. Bryan was our Server. Impeccable Service provided. And I'm very picky cause I have worked in Food and Bev Management for the last 28yrs. Can't wait to go back.“
