“We didn't stay at the resort. We ate dinner elsewhere and came here for cocktails. Haven't been here in a while. The atmosphere in the bar is very nice. Nice view of outside from a big window you look out at. Service was average, but drinks were good. People were very friendly. Too bad it was raining because they have a very nice outdoor space. We enjoyed ourselves.“

“A must visit when we are in town!Stellar service, exceptional food every single time…it’s what keeps us coming back for more! Easton was outstanding while we were dining in March 2024. The entire restaurant is gorgeous and a large space for many different dining experiences, however our favorite spot is a romantic booth which has a whole glass wall which faces the kitchen. It’s the best seat in the house - the orchestral technique and movement of the staff is mesmerizing to watch!!!! Ps… Here’s a secret: order the Beignet tree for dessert. You will not regret it I promise!“

“Had dinner and drinks this evening, set at the bar and the bartender on duty was very plain and as soon I order my food and 1 drink, I felt pressure by the way she ask me if I wanted to close my tap. I been staying here for the last 3 weeks from Wednesday through Saturday weekly and is the first time I felt uncomfortable when having dinner on the premises. I was fortune David showed up and took over part of the bar and started making my drinks and food. Had 4 Mules , 2 tacos and Calamari. Thanks David the drinks were ?? . But overall, the experience and the food is great!!“

“Valentine has been on my list for a long time so when we finally made it to Melrose for dinner we pulled no punches on our ordering. If we didn't get everything on the menu we were close. The restaurant itself is cute and delightfully photogenic which helps set the tone for a great meal. On the cocktail front, most were good. The only standout to me was the hatch chili margarita served in a glass boot which was as tasty as it was eye catching. Similarly, most of the food was above average with nothing being bad. The Elote pasta is the standout - it was outstanding. Basically this is a carbonara style pasta with Elote flavors instead of the traditional bacon. The execution on this dish is perfect. Prices are quite high for what you get on most dishes and cocktails and if there was more value, I'd likely have a better rating. That said, I'd return and I definitely would like to come back for pastries from the coffee bar if driving by in the AM.“

“Last night, we had the pleasure of stepping back in time at Platform 18, a speakeasy that perfectly captures the essence of NYC in 1924. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were boarding a glamorous Presidential Pullman train car, embarking on a journey through the boroughs of a bygone era. The atmosphere was surreal, like stepping into a roaring twenties movie set.The cocktails were nothing short of spectacular. Our favorites included The El Fay Club, boasting Larceny Bourbon with spiced pear and browned butter, served in a charming teacup and saucer alongside a ginger shortbread cookie. The Club Intime was an out-of-this-world take on an Old Fashioned, featuring a blend of Bushmills Black Irish Whiskey, Knob Creek Bourbon, Abasolo Mexican Whiskey, and Avuá Amburana Cachaça, topped with charred marshmallows right at our table—a masterpiece in flavor combinations. And last but not least, the 'Miss Illinois.' Savor this cocktail that artfully combines dill-infused Bombay Sapphire Gin with the bright notes of yuzu and lemon. Watermelon and beet add a refreshing sweetness and depth, making each sip a delightful fusion of flavors. This drink is a vibrant testament to creativity in mixology. The experience was elevated to extraordinary levels by the staff—Remmington, Crystal, and Antonio. Their passion for mixology and storytelling shone through with every interaction, making us feel genuinely cared for in their hands. The only thing better than the out-of-this-world drinks were these three incredible people. They truly made our night!Platform 18 is not just a night out; it's a full-fledged Disney/Universal-caliber 'suspension of disbelief.' If you want to be transported back in time and immerse yourself in a meticulously crafted world, look no further. This experience is unmatched, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable journey!“

“I had the pleasure of dinning here for brunch as well as hosting an event. I must say for one the restaurant is beautiful and the service was impeccable, we even had a late shower and they weren't annoyed about it. We had a reservation but everyone else was on time lol. The food was delicious, I loved the croissant I wanted something light and it was perfect. My drink was also very good. I'm a mixologist so I love a well balanced cocktail. When I hosted my event. I couldn't have asked for a better venue. The owner was very helpful and accommodating making sure I had everything I needed to make it a success. I 10000% recommend, I cant wait to make it to dinner and host more events here soon!“

“We visited based on another friend's review and were not let down. Great food, phenomenal cocktails and fantastic service! Everything was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend this place for an adult's night out! Shout out to Taylor for the amazing and prompt service all night.“
“Excellent service. The steak was prepared better than the seafood. The king, crab legs and lobster were overcooked. The king crab legs were very salty. The 18 ounce bone in filet mignon was probably the best steak I've ever eaten. The Dungeness crab cocktail, and the grilled octopus were excellent.“

“We had the six course tasting menu and a couple cocktails per person. The food was very good and demonstrated a lot of creativity in many aspects (presentation, flavor, texture, etc.).The service was attentive and friendly, although we were two of maybe four or five people in the restaurant at the time.It was a little hard to find the restaurant, it’s sort of “hidden” inside a vintage hotel location, but the ambiance was nice, inviting, visually interesting and comfortable.Definitely a hidden gem and would recommend a visit!Parking: Was a little unclear where the entrance was, but once you find it there are signs for parking for the restaurant. It wasn’t too busy so we had plenty of spaces.“

“Came here on a whim. Tried the hibiscus nonalcohol drink. Unique flavor, but to be honest was a little bit disappointed by how much ice was in the glass; it was filled to the brim with ice, so it really wasn't quite the beverage it could have been, having watered down rapidly. The meatballs with sauce & cheese were okay but slightly flat in taste and kind of reminded me of meatloaf. Therefore, I resolved to order the meatloaf for comparison, and at this point was pleasantly surprised by an absolutely delicious meatloaf, with a bit of crust. The brussel sprouts were fantastic, the best I've ever had, with what seemed to be a sprinkle of brown sugar that added to the flavor. Mashed potatoes completed the plate. The gravy was not overly heavy. Visually, this entree does not appear as colorfully as it tasted! I'd return to try something else. Service from Bre was wonderful.“

“If you like the kind of bar where expertise is on display and you can have a great conversation with both the owner and fellow patrons, then this is the place for you. My buddy and I are in the Phoenix area from Dallas for Spring Training and were extremely happy that we stopped in late. Captain David is an exceptional host, a fantastic guy, and runs an incredibly awesome bar. My night here was easily top 5 bar experiences ever. Pro tip: order The Last Rites and you will not be disappointed.“

“Windsor, you have my whole 5 star vote! This place is definitely worth going to for lunch and a drink! I came here as a first-timer with my boyfriend and ordered their Windsor Style burger, while my man got the chicken sandwich. Both with fries and ranch. Let me just say, those fries were the best tasting fries I have ever had in a minute. Thin-cut but with delicious homemade ranch I never thought would blow my mind! Their drink was pretty tasty, especially the blackberry lemonade. So yummy. The server we had was very sweet and honestly gave us the best service too! Definitely would want to come back to eat something else here.“

“Went for early Mothers Day brunch this morning! Delicious Monte Cristo French toast, and my husband got GF OMG French toast with a side of hash browns. Egg on mine came out great, and the hash browns were cooked perfectly- our one year old son loved them. Our server was fantastic- I wish I could remember her name, but she was tall, slim and had short hair and had some cool jewelry on. She was attentive and got our son a plastic cup for him to play with while we waited. Great experience, great food.Dietary restrictions: Options for GF!“

“Walter Studios has hit it out of the park with me! Our school hosted a concert there and the staff was amazing ?They have wonderful food with generous portions and a vibe that just won't stop! Every corner you turn, there is something cool to look at. The staff is talented with lighting and sound with a professional but fun nature!I can't say enough about the Walter Crew and what they do. It's amazing ? ? ❤️Parking: There is some parking but given how many people were at the venue, most had to park away from the venue in the neighborhood.Kid-friendliness: We hosted a kid related music event here, they were so super accommodating to our kids. They had a special menu just for them. The portions were generous for the kids!Wheelchair accessibility: There were several people using wheelchairs at our show and they helped them to the front of the stage!“

“I love the decor and atmosphere of this place. love bar staff. drinks yummy. I. am overly embarrassed by aftermath Mac and cheese. it was tasty but not worth the hype nor pricing. I could make better. I recommend the aftermath burger. HH good but could use more variety of other things. The burger nicely prepared. This is my second time. I'm going back one more time. it will be for drinks. . HH Slightly over priced shouldn't cost one person $60.00 for HH. However, I love what they are trying to do.“

“Xolo is a mixed bag in terms of how I feel about this restaurant. I enjoyed parts of my meal, and equally didn't enjoy others. For instance, the rice had a great flavor, the barbecue was tasty, but overly spicy. The black beans were ok. Not bad or good; serviceable. The toastada w/ side of bean, and rice was about as expensive as Filiberto's.Yet , I still felt hungry after eating at Xolo. The food wasn't filling.Overall it was an ok experience; would not recommend.“

“Okay. Seriously the most pleasant staff I've encountered in a bar setting. This beautiful cocktail lounge is such a hidden gem. Drinks were wonderful and affordable; which is crazy nowadays! From the first time I walked into this place, I felt like I was home. Live music is some guy that won American Idol or something, and holy shit. I sat there and drank for three hours because of him. I will recommend this place to anyone. Also, what a clean bathroom. BRAVO!“

“Overall great experience as usual! Food is great! My only complaint was that it was very cold inside the restaurant! We walked in and it was comfortable but as we got back to our table it was freezing! It was so cold that it took away from dinner overall, but not so much that I wouldn't return!“

“We first popped in here shortly after it opened when you didn't need a reservation and no one visited downtown Mesa. The bartender asked us what our drink tastes were like and made us some delicious custom drinks not on the menu. We keep coming back for drinks, someday we may be able to afford to eat here but for now we get a drink then go to Tacos Chiwas.“

“I came to this place looking for authentic Spanish food. I'm from out of town & I read that La Pinata had great reviews. I absolutely loved this place! Before I start let me preface that presentation is everything. With that being said, the exterior does look shabby, but lo and behold the inside is so nice. It def gives a sophisticated abuela home. The food matches the decor. Everything and I mean everything news seasoned to perfection! You get more than what you pay for. The guacamole, salsa, and chips were freshly made. The carnitas was seasoned well as well as the chicken . The black beans were cooked with love. La Pinata did not disappoint. The customer service and wait time was no problem , but I came when it was opening for the day.“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dilla Libre, and let me tell you, it was an experience like no other. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with a super chill vibe, warmth and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere throughout our meal. Now, let's talk about the food. The quesadilla, oh my goodness, it was a flavor explosion! Every bite was a perfect balance of ingredients, earning a solid 10 out of 10 rating from me. And don't even get me started on the bowls – the flavors were so complex yet harmonious, creating a culinary symphony in my mouth. But what truly sets Dilla Libre apart is the vibe. It's not just a restaurant; it's a haven of chill vibes and good energy. The ambiance exceeded our expectations, making our dining experience even more enjoyable.Overall, I can't recommend Dilla Libre enough. Whether you're a local or just passing through the area, make sure to stop by. You won't regret it. We'll definitely be making it a regular stop whenever we're in town again.“

“Fantastic venue! It used to be a house, so it's very cozy, with lots of nooks for people to mingle in. It's the right comfortable, relaxed atmosphere to reconnect with old friends and make deep bonds with new ones. The cocktails and mocktails are phenomenal! Everyone's talking about the Queen Bee, but there's a cinnamon berry one with a shockingly complex flavour that I loved. We hosted a private mixer at Garden Bar and Kim & her team were terrific. Great to work with, rock solid, made the event a total delight. My guests kept coming up saying how lovely the place was and how delicious the drinks were. One guest was hesitant to try a different drink because of how enamoured he was with the first.A true hidden gem, and a fantastic host for our event. Highly recommend.“

“Everything about this place was great!Starting with the seating, the waiting area is really nice, and then when you get to your table you have plenty of space between you and the other tables. The host nicely explained the menu to us. We got the chicken livers for appetizer, which we really enjoyed, and then two pasta dishes. The food was super delicious and you could tell that the pasta is freshly made. There were so many subtle flavors in the sauce that you could taste. For dessert we got the frozen chocolate mousse with whipped marshmallow topping. As someone who isn’t a big fan of marshmallows, I was amazed at how delicious the dessert was!!“

“The atmosphere is amazing, located in an old building downtown, gives a great vibe to the space. Smaller area for sitting, but they have great furniture. Bar keeps were very friendly and energetic the entire night. They had a live DJ in an upper booth on Friday night. Drink menu was extensive and you had to have a mini lesson on how it works. Drinks were not well balanced, they had more syrup and mix than I am used to, every drink I tried was that way.“

“Max is a great bartender who used to be at Glai Bahn, who is super creative with cocktails. The menu at Quartz has so many great coctail choices I just couldn't decide, so I asked Max to surprise me. He made me a rif of the amethyst kaleidoscope, which was fantastic. “Phoenix and Scottsdale have been hitting home runs lately with high end restaurants that have amazing ambience, delicious food and unique experiences. On the top of that list for Phoenix is Wren & Wolf. I am blown away by the incorporation of taxidermy into modern decor. The drinks are delicious especially the Shishito one with tequila. Food ranges from super luxe seafood towers, beef wellington, and caviar bumps to steaks and homemade mac and cheese. I’m happy to have this place to come to when I go to concerts and suns games. “First time I went to ATP was in 2019, and since then not a single sushi restaurant has even come close to the mark. I would say from worst to best: sushi Brokers, Uchi, Roka, and at number one you have Across the Pond. Actually, I shouldn't even put Sushi Brokers on here because it's just straight disappointing and an insult to Sushi. The gap from second to ATP is substantial too. One of the stand out attributes ATP possesses is the attentiveness of their servers. They will tell you all about the dishes and ingredients no matter how busy. You'll get pairings and every one of their staff know the menu inside and out. This is a warning, only go to ATP if you want your standards to rise. Because nothing will ever compare.“

“Amazing ambiance and great food, but the prices for food and drinks are a direct reflection of the smaller intimate venue that is compensating for its lack of table space. If you're looking for a date night experience then you're gonna be thrilled. If you are just going for the food and drinks then you might be less satisfied when the time comes to pay the bill.... Just saying.“

“Mmm… the photo does not do the experience justice. Groovy Snooze, in the heart of the city's student district, is a nice escape from the golf and cowboy hat-wearing folks closer to the city. Tempe is a land of nose-piercing progressivism, yet this place offers everything for the discriminating vegan or carnivore. For me, the delight was the habanero pork belly bacon - four spicy, thick bits of pig that balanced splendidly with the sweet pineapple upside-down pancakes. One serving was enough for me, and it was served in a creamy cinnamon sauce with a dollop of cinnamon butter in the middle. All so good! Our friendly waiter kept the coffee mugs and water glasses filled. It's a way better option than the chains, and the prices are around the same.“
