“I'm a regular at this place and let me tell you: It's a cool spot. Homemade meals taste like your mom made them herself. Mamma Spencer, that is. A nice atmosphere, smells like vanilla burbon and is a comfy temperature. Very safe and alcohol is prohibited, so you know it's family friendly.Chef specializes in poached eggs on toast and chocolate milk, so I suggest you try that out next time you're there!It may not seem like it at first, but this is a great place to just go and hang out. Staff is friendly and feels like family. Regulars like me love meeting new people and sharing the food!“
“I rarely go out, but when I do, this is my spot!! They have great food!! Usually good singers for karaoke too! Bartender, (I always forget her name ?♀️) but she is the head Bartender, is always friendly and efficient!! It can be busy @ times, so be patient with servers!! And always tip!!“
“I love that Angel's Naijinp cuisine represents the rich Nigerian flavored.in Phoenix!. Coming from New York where you can get any type of food at any time, it is refreshing to see the ethnicity out here. The owner Angel , is welcoming and so warm. She allows people to sample before they buy. If they are new to this type of palette. The restaurant is small and cozy and reminds me of one of the personal restaurants in NY. Only. It's on the streets of Phoenix 😁“

“Great food and service! The online waitlist was the only issue. Was told to come between a 30 minute timeframe and it took an additional 45 minutes past the waitlist time. Very tough when you have a hungry and busy toddler to keep happy. Once we got seated, our server was super quick with our food orders to accommodate for our toddler. We even got food quicker than those who were seated before us sitting nearby! Would love to come back next time we are in town, such a beautiful golf course to look at!“
