“I went here alone years ago to catch a show. The band was two hours late but it was fine because the bartender was lovely and she made the yummiest AMF I've ever had. I ate some cup ramen and had a blast. The other patrons were entertaining too haha While the place is listed as a dive bar, the interior was very neat and clean (yes, even the bathrooms!!). I would love to swing by again someday.“
“I've been going there for over 4 years and I love it.Live music weekends, 3 7ft pool tables, and a dart board.They don't serve food but you can bring your own (not drinks). Oh and please clean up after yourselves.Drinks are priced well.Lots of great regulars and the owners are wonderful people.If you had a bad time there, that's on you.“
“Giving a fair review - the reason I chose this place was when I researched the bar, I was looking for black owned. It’s BHM, and it was important to frequent a cultured establishment. The owner may not be there during certain times, but there were also no POC servers.Glad I stayed and we ended up having a great time. The bar folks or normies were awesome and the karaoke was fun!!I believe the 2 ladies that helped were Tasha and Mickey (blondish, pig tails and glasses)?? Both were great!“
“A must-visit spot to stand within the walls of Tempe music history. The stage is great for shows and the expanded space and arcade are perfect escapes from the noise. This bar is an unassuming powerhouse. The staff are laid back, the beer is cold, and the pinball is icing on the cake. It's always a good hang.“
