“I have been here two times the 1st time I got the pastrami sandwich. it was so good the slaw on top was crunchy and delicious. the second time I got the spaghetti shipwreck let me tell you it was amazing it all just goes great in one meal. I did have it for lunch and dinner shared it with the wife. I will be back again and will try something different each time I can't wait to try them all. the picture is the shipwreck such a generous portion.“

“My friend is in town and she has celiac so we were trying to find a good place for her to have variety. We found a recommendation for this place on a gluten-free page. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. I was shocked at how gluten friendly they are, even to the point of having a dedicated oven for the gluten-free pizza us. My friend was overwhelmed with all the amazing options, and absolutely loved that she could pick whatever she wanted. We had the focaccia bread, the bacon, mac & cheese, and the fungi Florentine pizza. Dessert we tried the apple crisp and the tiramisu, both are which are gluten-free. The food was incredible. We will definitely be back.“

“If you have a super picky eater in the family it can make trying new places difficult. But we ordered from The Spaghetti Shack for the first time for a school fundraiser and everyone in the family absolutely loved it and had multiple servings. The sauce was amazing! The meatballs were phenomenal! And the service was super friendly and fast. If you want something that you know everyone will enjoy, this is the place for you!“

“We come to Spinatos in Tempe frequently, as it has become one of our favorite places. The staff and food is always spectacular. We love wine Wednesday! Unfortunately my boyfriend was quite disappointed with the pesto pasta, a dish he gets almost every time. The taste was very bland this time. This will not inhibit us from returning, though it was a surprise.“

The pace of service was neither slow nor rushed so it all made for a very pleasant evening with old friends who now visit from out of town. I was frankly astounded by how well the on-line booking through Open Table worked because I made the reservation for 4 literally 45 minutes before appointed time but were seated immediately when we arrived 5-10 minutes in advance of the reservation and they even sat us at a table with a Happy Birthday plaque because I had noted we were celebrating the birthday for a member of our party. “This spot totally hits the mark when you're craving comfort food. My favorite dish is the mac & cheese. Game… Changer... The cavatappi noodles are the perfect match for that rich, creamy cheese sauce. Like, it’s the kind of dish you think about later and wish you had leftovers lol. It’s a simple thing but I love that they serve complimentary rolls with the pasta because I can eat all the sauce up!
Their pizzas? Always fresh, always fire. I’m vegetarian so I stick to the basics but besides the plain cheese I do also like the White Pizza too. Okay now our fave thing to get before we leave are their cookies. They’re soft, gooey, and just magic, not your average cookie. Trust me, get one (or two).
The staff is super friendly and actually knows the menu and will give great suggestions. Plus, seating inside or out depending on your vibe (and the weather, obvi). Now the only negative we have encountered so far is parking. It can be a bit of a hassle during peak times, because you have to pay and walk a bit but honestly, it’s worth the mini hunt if you can’t get parking up close. Overall, a solid spot and highly recommend to our friends & fam! Sauce Pizza & Wine is the vibe. 🍷🍕🧀🍪“

“I’m a pizza snob I grew up in jersey. That being said I generally avoid pizza restaurants that serve Pepsi. If you’re cheap with soda what else are you cheap with? but this place has a pretty tasty pizza it’s Midwest style and super thick almost like a Sicilian and surprisingly it taste good it will never be my favorite, but it’s not bad for across the street. . . .“
