“A very cute cafe close to the ferry terminal! I love the cosiness of the interior. I came on a rainy day but I can imagine it would be nice to sit outside when it's dry out. The food and drinks were served very quickly. Prices of the drinks compared to Vancouver are better. My girlfriend got the iced dirty chai latte and I got a hot chai latte. She really enjoyed her drink and I enjoyed mine too. She wasn't terribly fond of the scone because she thought it was dry but I liked it. It had a crunchy outside and was moist on the inside thanks to the mango chunks.“

“Found this place when we were looking for breakfast spots near Horseshoe Bay.The Isetta Breakfast was really nice, potatoes were delicious but the sourdough toast pieces were pretty small, and a little too hard.I love croissants and the pain au chocolate here did not disappoint!“

“The Black Bean has great coffee, kind service and chillin' atmosphere. Location couldn't be better; nestled in lower Gibsons in a trendy neighborhood with fantastic views. The prices are fair and the food is good.Parking: A very tight, little street with only a few spots in front. Best to walk up if possible“

“Super cute spot. Great to grab something tasty before the ferry!!Tried the veggie and the bacon breakfast Sammie and they were fresh and delicious. Would have been 5 stars if the cheese was melted, but, that’s just me being picky. Cappuccino was fantastic too.“

“Honestly one of the best and cheapest cafes there is on campus! They have a very cute vibe, cozy study space, and fantastic food for a very low price! The hot entree I got is only $5, and I can't recommend it enough especially if you are a UBC student :)“

“Located in the center of Horseshoe Bay, Seaside Village Cafe is a great place to stop by after a hike at Lighthouse Park, before or after a ferrt ride, or just after a mid morning cruise. Run by a lovely mother and daughter duo, this adorable little cafe serves delicious and healthy sandwiches, bold coffee, and sweet desserts. We had a black forest ham sandwich, turkey sandwich, carrot cake, banana cake, white chocolate latte, and a regular latte. Everything was delicious as always!“

“This was the first time I tried rose tteokbokki and it tasted absolutely amazing!! I tried to find other places for tteokbokki but so far, this is definitely my go to place. It's also a really great place to study and not too crowded (every time I've gone). The only downside is that when I tried to order for take out, I found the packaging not really too great, as it was in a thin plastic container with a un-resealable plastic cover. If you're unable to finish or hope to get take out, I suggest bringing your own tupperware!“

“My absolute favorite is the chia hot chocolate and signature hot chocolate. They are incredibly flavorful, striking the perfect balance between rich taste and sweetness. The chia hot chocolate has a delightful twist, while the signature hot chocolate is simply outstanding. Both are wonderfully satisfying without being overly sweet.“
