I bought a 50 dollar prepaid card and it didn’t work and so I went to sleep thinking it would work tomorrow but then it didn’t so I went back the store and asked for a refund but they wouldn’t refund it
Today, I came here to buy a lottery ticket, and an Asian clerk was extremely rude. She completely ignored me, refused to help me print the ticket, and displayed a strong sense of impatience throughout the entire process. It's the first time I've had such an experience.

When they found out that they couldn't fulfill my order, they did not think outside the box (pun intended) or tried to contact me. I ordered 4 whole pizzas and they did not have a box for them. They could have opted to place the pizza slices in individual containers. They had tons of those. but they were not resourceful.
