My kid said he “ith a Thtarbuckth boy”. He ith happy.
The staffs are not very nice and looks they’re doing a favor for you. I don’t feel welcome in there and also most of them don’t understand English pretty well.
They made a mistake with my order and asked for the correct one and was treated like I was a nuisance. I understand they were busy but I wasn't impolite. Didnt even take the mistaken drink. And even the remake wasn't correctly made. Not impressed...

Starbucks Coffee Company at Brentwood Mall offers a convenient location right across from the SkyTrain station. The café is modern, with seating in a 360 direction around the centre counter. The front has bigger tables, all with outlets, making it a great spot to do some work. Staff are friendly and smiling, even when short staffed. One visitor praised Heejo for excellent service and impressive attention to detail, with everything prepared exactly as requested. The Iced Lavender Cream Matcha and Iced Cherry Chai are tasty, not too sweet, with a nice creamy touch. However, there is almost always a long line, and waiting 10 minutes is common, even for mobile orders. The café itself isn’t very spacious, but the drinks are good and the store is modern. It’s a solid spot for coffee if not in a rush.
