Wow, it has been more than 3 years since I have been back here! OMG This place is still alive and still busy after the pandemic. Yes, this place is categorized as budget sushi, that is not that bad. Another awesome lunch at Take Sushi on Hastings St in Burnaby. A wonderful modification on the Sunshine Roll to meet my Gluten Free needs. The mango is such a nice touch!!This is pairing nicely with my favorite Spicy Salmon Roll. The seared salmon was out of this world delicious and melted like butter as I bit into it.Arigatō Chef. The day we were there, a birthday party of young girls was SO loud that it really affected the meal. The food was good, but given the slow services and the poor atmosphere, the total experience was lowered.
