“Grayson and the Wednesday staff were outstanding and accommodating tonight. I love grabbing a bite here when I can and tonight was a last minute dine in during a very tough financial time for me. To say the least the staff tonight managed to find me the best combo for my dollar and we're very understanding and accommodating as I struggled with my card. “Service is always top notch when we visit and the food is usually pretty good too. We noticed the fountain drinks taste more like soda water than soda lately and the gravy has been a little too salty in the past. This location is still one of our favourite drive thrus…to drive thru, when we are visiting.“
“Tried the Cheddar Uncle Burger meal combo this time, it was made really well. I have gone many times to this location breakfast, daytime, dinner time and the service is fast, food is made really well. Fries are made best in town, not oversalted like other places. Their coffee is absolutely Great! Its usually very clean, though the seats could be wiped more often. Drive thru is generally pretty decent, never had any mix ups. The lemon iced tea in the machine was too watered down, though it was still delicious. Overall good meals, others had Teen burger and Mozza burger combos and were all happy with it. The lettuce, tomatoe and onions are fresh, the buns are perfect, the patties and cheese are cooked well and are fresh. I dont mind waiting for them to cook fresh burgers or make a fresh pot of coffee.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options they have the Beyond Burger, and really good Yam fries with extra dips.Kid-friendliness: very spacious seating area and outdoor picnic table area, steps away from the river walkway and beach access.“
“A very nice family restaurant with very good tasting delicious and yummy food and very good hard working caring good hearted and loyal staff and very strict COVID-19 safety policies and the drive thru is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week all year long.“
“I go for coffee there occasionally but how times have changed. Lot's of homeless coming in there now. Not to do with the restaurant or homeless, but when their pants are half way down and that's what you see, and you get asked for money. The coffee thing if fine, and I feel for the homeless but sometimes I just want to have a coffee.“
“This Pizza Hut made a 180 change over the years. The people that are in here are amazing at making really great pizzas and are very friendly. They ask questions and make suggestions that are fantastic. Other places are in such a hurry just to get your money and take the order.“
“It McDonald's my siblings wanted it, so we went. McDonald's is McDonald's is not great, but it's always good.Vegetarian options: Very limited, but they do have a couple of options. Just ask for no meat. But the fries have beef stock, so those are not vegetarian.“
“Food is always good at this Wendy's. The salads are so good for a fast food place. Service is consistent and friendly. When eating in a lot of the tables are usually dirty, but there's always a couple of clean ones. The rest of the dining area is clean, though.“
“Wow. I've been in the Comox valley for 3 years. My first time at this location. We had a coupon for two teenburger meals. We swapped out fries for onion rings . So reasonable . The burger was amazing, the root beer cold but the real reason I'm writing this is the staff. 6 stars. Food brought to the table by friendly, enthusiastic staff, a full assortment on dressings available and a clean and comfortable place. Get these kids a tip jar! Good job.“
