The best place to grab a delicious and healthy lunch on the go in Courtenay. Every day choose from one of 4 healthy and delicious soups,always with a vegan and a vegetarian option and at least one choice for the carnivore in your crew.I am only disappointed when the family that runs this dynamic lunch spot have to take the day off
What a great find!! Stopped here for lunch for the first time today. We had one of their daily fresh made soups (yummy!!) and a roast beef sandwich. Quite delicious and clearly made from scratch. They have 4-5 choices of freshly made soup each day along with several sandwiches made with your choice of bread, meat, cheese. condiments, and vegetable innards (tomato, cucumber, etc.).
