“First visit to Steve’s Poké Bar – Ladner, and I’m already planning to come back!
I tried the small bowl for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious! The ingredients were so fresh, the flavors were perfectly balanced, and everything was prepared with care. The portion size was just right, and the bowl looked as good as it tasted.

The staff at the Ladner location were super friendly and helpful. As it was my first time, they patiently explained the options and helped me build a bowl I really enjoyed. Their welcoming attitude and great service made the experience even better.

Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a healthy, tasty meal. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!”

“Ordered take-out for 4 and it was another lovely meal (chef's kiss). The prawn biryani had a generous amount of large prawns and came with a refreshing (and equally generous) serving of raita. The alu gobi was lovely. The paneer in the mutter paneer was tender (nothing worse than rubbery paneer, trust me!). Both vegetable dishes came with naan. Although we ordered everything on the mild side, the heat was still a little intense for a couple of us. I have nothing but good things to say about this little neighbourhood gem. I hope they keep up the good work of serving good food.”

“My friend and I stopped off here for some refreshments during our bike ride around Ladner. It's a bit off the beaten path but not too far, as it's a working farm. Great place to sit, relax and enjoy the delicious craft brew. Lots of seating, covered and uncovered. I got the flight for $12, which includes choice of 4 beers.

In my Nigiri lunch, I upgraded the salmon to sockeye, one dollar more, but worth it! The miso soup was perfect for us as we watch our sodium and they only use low sodium soya sauce! The combination of food, service & cost is why they get 5 stars! Any staff we saw were very friendly & said hello & goodbye. Customer service is top notch! Aside note, their green tea is one of the best we've enjoyed, too!”

He caught the glitch himself, called me up, apologized and we just received a gift card in the mail. Small town customer service at its finest! Crab and red pepper spaghettini- on point! They all had finger-licking, amazing taste also when i got the bill, one dish was discounted because i ordered the food during happy hours. “I had the Pav Bhaji the other Day.. on the Plate .. They Serve Bhaji on the small section of the Plate and Paav on the bigger one.. They don't even put Lemon Slice to squeeze in Bhaji.. The Bhaji is just Ok.. Since they must've used the Pav Bhaji Masala .. If you Don't know how to serve Bombay Style Paav Bhaji.. Just see some YouTube Videos and Google Images on Plating style.. When I spoke with Manager or Owner (The Bearded gentleman in Regular Clothes and not in Restaurant Uniform)... He just diplomatically explained that they have changed the "PLATES" recently.. Really !! Kids can come with better excuse.. I'd Rather go to other places at least for Pav Bhaji.. Today I went for Sev Puri and yea that was decent .. but not Praiseworthy ..”

I've been here a few times more recently, and the waitress Olivia has been excellent. Deeply respect that at least this White Spot hires people regardless of identity—a reminder that the world can still be good. There's another male waiter too, I can't remember his name, but he has an energetic, outgoing personality—he's also great.

I recommend the Cheesy Bacon Perogies and the Monty Mushroom Burger. Milkshakes are also great, but a bit heavy if your appetite is small.”

“We have been several times for take-out and once for dine in. We have too little kids and have tried at least 6 different curries so far. Everything has always been wonderful and our dine in experience was great (it’s very cute inside). This place is a gem and we are lucky to have it. Wish you lots of success!”
