“Overall good experience although we went inside to order and it kinda felt like we were ignored by staff for the first bit... took them about five mins to acknowledge that we were there but once they noticed us... very polite, attentive to detail, quick and were working very well as a team...“
“I stop by here before work every morning for the past year. It’s the only Tim Hortons that is consistent enough to stir my coffee. Staff are always kind.If you’re receiving anything other then kindness, it’s likely your fault IMO. ??♀️“
“It is one of the busiest Tim Hortons in the town. The staffs try their level best to serve the best. They messed up a order of mine. When I reached them, they apologised sincerely and gave me a free coffee without explanation. I understand it’s tough to cope up with the busyness, but I appreciate their efforts. Thanks to them.“
“I guess because of the construction of the nearby gas bar, parking here is pretty tight and atrocious... especially if driving a big rig. But the same coffee and food is available here; the same decor and tables with electrical outlets to plug in devices; the same TH wifi; and the same young people working the same job. Busy location... great location... interesting totem pole on the corner for some artistic and historical ambience.“
“It's a Tim Hortons. Donuts a good coffee slot. He lived up to my expectations and had good service. Thank you Tim HortonsKid-friendliness: Tim Hortons is a very kid-friendly place. As a matter of fact this morning on the way to church I will stop by and get some timbits for those in my Sunday school class.“
“Before leaving Kamloops, we headed to Tim Horton’s (it has to be done at least once by a visiting Brit, just to say you did). Not much to say really. The food was served hot, service was great and as it was early ish in the morning, the restaurant was fairly quiet. But it did the job and set us up for the morning’s drive to Lillooet. As a couple, we each had a simple breakfast of an English muffin with bacon, egg and cheese with a hash brown each, one had coffee, the other tea – total cost $14.75, £9.“
“Food was good. Those new wraps have been a go to lately. Kids had breakfast selections at 2pm which is much appreciated both for the smaller portion size as well as the simplicity of the sandwich. As always with Timmys if you want to jump to the front of the line then use thendrive thru as it seems like 5 people are serving the drive thru while 1 manages the counter inside. I get it.. but when the drive thru isn’t busy the service i side could be a bit faster, right?Kid-friendliness: As I mentioned. Those breakfast options available until 4pm are very much appreciated.“
“Forgot my hash brown but when we went back through they apologized and gave it to us no issues, I had also gotten a cream cheese bagel and to my liking there just wasn’t enough cream cheese and it was to dry so at the window I asked the supervisor if I could get a new one she herself went and made me a brand new one and it was 10x better, I really appreciated the great customer service. Wish I would have caught her name but she was very sweet so thank you:)“
“I was a bit disappointed with the chili, not as meaty as it used to be before COVID. Just not the same, and I hate the dry wood utensils, not pleasant in the mouth at all. I actually will never buy anything that I need to be forced to use those to eat with. It made me sad in the end.“
“Of all the Timmies locations I've frequented in western Canada (and thats a LOT), I think this location is by far, hands down the best. Quick, friendly service, fresh products & I love that usually there are a large number of First Nations Peoples working here which only adds to the atmosphere.“
