“HUGE RAVE!!! Wow. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Never been in this store yet. Today I had the best experience welcomed upon entry by the owner. Very very very nice man!! Explaining the homemade take home Enchiladas and other amazing looking Mexican food. (Which ones he preferred) I lost my bank card couple days ago and only had cash was a dollar short for the bill and get said no problem... Let me take the Enchiladas and the Tamale anyway. I felt bad cause I wanted to leave a tip.. I will be returning tomorrow to give the well deserved tip and the dollar I was short. Definitely will be returning to support this amazing local business!!!!”

“We had a fantastic dinner tonight. First time for us but recommended many times by friends. Food was great at a reasonably priced. I am celiac and there were many gf options and I felt quite “safe”. Our server, Raj, was pleasant, professional, and ever so friendly.* update for Celiacs…. I did suffer a celiac reaction post this initial review. Looking further on the web it seems they do not have a dedicated fryer (would love confirmation). My guess is that the pakora I had was cross-contaminated with Samosas, etc.”

“La Belle Patate is not like no other food place. A big friendly welcome awaits you here. Once you get to know Matti well a huge bear hug is the norm. Both coming and going. Spruce beer was amazing and a good chat while dining in. 10/10 keep up the great tradition there buddy.”

“Great food - the Tuna Tataki was fresh, the agedashi had good texture, and the Volcano Roll-Tuna was a fun surprise as it came out “on fire”, it was a good mix of fresh tuna and a fried roll. “I love Parachute Ice Cream, their ice cream is very light and airy. The flavours I find a bit hit or miss, like the maple walnut tastes like caramel but the brown butter brownie is incredible!”

“I always stop here if I’m riding the Galloping Goose trail. It’s a bright, sunny cafe with a great selection of delicious drinks, food, ice cream and more. They have really great outdoor seating for sunny days as well as a good-sized indoor space. Great place for a coffee, a snack, and a conversation.”

“So good! The Seoul meal can't be beat. It's $16.50 and you get four pieces of chicken, fries, and a drink.The chicken was absolutely juicy and the sweet soy sauce was fantastic. Also recommend the apple slaw, lovely little coleslaw with poppy seeds and a mayo based dressing.I'll definitely be back to try the other flavours!”
