“Had a positive experience at this location, the beef soup was a nice comfort food, simple and tasty broth. We tried the assorted marinated platter and the shank and chicken gizzard were my fav. Overall a good experience, the one waitress was super friendly, attentive and went above and beyond with her service.“

Also worth noting that there was no pressure to tip here which in this day in age is rare. I had to ask the owner if I could tip. That's service!“

“Service was fast and friendly. I liked the texture of the pearls a lot and you can really tell that they are fresh. The tea itself was fine and was pretty refreshing. The atmosphere is nice and modern with some cute Christmas decorations up right now. Overall, it's a fast and tasty place to stop by when near the skytrain station or anvil centre.“

They have a large selection of different drinks as well as fruit teas to choose from the ambience is quite cute and opening.Ordered a Salted Caramel Brown Sugar milk tea and was quite happy with it. It wasn’t too overly sweet and had a nice tone of saltiness combined with a caramel and brown sugary flavour. It was good. The pearls were really tasty and chewy but not too chewy which made it very balanced. “First time at this location and it is quite a comfortable spot with very nice decor. Seemed like a good meetup spot for creatives to work, judging by the people who were sitting and working at the table over holding a meeting. They do note a 2 hr seating limit though but it makes sense to clear tables for other guests. Friendly staff and I liked the strawberry jelly pearls they had. Also the first time I've seen a bbt place offer free samples!! They let us try their new drink and it was awesome to taste without having to actually order the drink. Drinks are also aesthetic and tasty. Priced on the higher end for bbt but it has a lot to offer in one drink.“
