Chef Tsui and madam Tsui cooking authentic Cantonese flavours and showing off his wok chi (wok technique)! My Popo’s go to restaurant when I was young (ditto KS). Now a humble establishment on the second floor of Taikoo mall. Wok stir fried noodles and sizzling hot pot (squid and pork drizzled with sweet soy sauce).
A place I came to once after speaking to a friend, and now everytime I am in the area I am thinking of the next thing to order, really it is that good, seriously you have to eat at this place. I was recommended to their steam minced pork when I met my friend at the food court so I ordered one to bring home. It took more than half an hour to receive my order even though they were not busy at late afternoon. The price is consider high for $19 at food court. The food is surprisely tasty, juicy and tender. After 3 days, I phoned to order one for take out again so I did not have t wait.
