The Xian steamed cold noodles is their signature dish. Noodles are made in the store and simply amazing ... fresh and soft chewy texture. I think it was the best noodles I ever had. It's served with cucumbers, bean sprouts, and comes with vinegar and chili oil.I also had the pork bun sandwich which is just okay. And the pickled cabbage beef noodle in hot soup is also excellent, which I had in a previous visit.
Oh yeah, super tasty. Got the cold noodles, spicy and non spicy both great. The stewed pork burger is the best I've had so far. The bread soaked in soup is ok. Wasn't bad, but wasn't amazing. Sitr fried noodle was ok too. Wish it had a bit more flavor. The noodle itself in all the dishes was excellent though.
