When I walked around the 4th Ave, I found this famous bread store, just next to Blenz Coffee. There was a long lineup when I entered in, but it was pretty quiet and organized. I ordered a country bread and asked the staff to slice it as the staff recommended. It smelled like a sourdough. I can tell they baked it in a traditional way. I will try the coffees next time. A blond girl cashier was very friendly and patient?
The best artisanal bakery I've ever been to. They also have really good coffee.*Bread*I recommend the country loaf— this is the only loaf I've tried, however I don't think you can go wrong with anything from their selection. By far the best bakery in the area. The coffee is high quality locally roasted coffee that will meet the standards of pour over drinkers. The focaccia is the best I have had in Canada. And the scone is wonderful.
