Ordered a pina colada and it was the worst one I’ve had. No coconut flavor at all. Horrible consistency - not even drinkable the way the ice was. Let melt and was very Disappointing still…..usually they are always good anywhere I’ve ordered these. Not really a hard drink to screw up.
Sad experience today at your Yaletown location at 2pm. Ordered a lava coffee as other shops closed. When my drink was about to be done, customer ahead of me remarked that it looked good and she would like one herself. Your staff went ahead and gave it to her first without asking if I could wait for another or prioritize her drink after I got mine. All three of your staff had no decency to do the right thing while the customer basically said something about women being important...read full review
