Descent song selection, if you can’t find the song you want try to spell it wrong LOLFeels like lately the staff have been rather angry, not sure why.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, very accessible! Just head to the bar for the ramp.
I didn’t try any food or drinks. But they do have a nice bar at the front of the entrance. The rooms are big so you can have a big group. This is the fanciest karaoke place I’ve been too. I’m used smaller places I guess where you order Korean street food lol. I haven’t been to a karaoke place since 2000 so consider this in my review lol.

The venue is beautiful but the catalogue of songs is so disappointing. Also you have to look them up on your phone and then type it in on a huge calculator-esc device which is very counter productive. No in room service and they stopped our room ten minutes before our time which was frustrating. Good room layout (we had the 20 person one) but they have counter tables that essentially lock you in so it’s hard to get up.
