Respectfully, I retract my review and apologize. My complaint about the cup charge I can see is applied across Vancouver and have no reason not to adjust my review. I was one needing to make it right.
I am sorry to say this but I have become quite disenchanted with the Tim Hortons brand. From what I observed, though, it seems that the coffee is liked by most of its patrons. But I find very little reason to make purchases from Tim Hortons. I have found other companies that are local that seem to do a better job

Tim Hortons is always been pretty consistent in what they serve you, with the occasional burnt croissant sandwich which always bummed me out. The only thing I don't understand is why in the world do they not put Donuts such as Boston cream, or maple cream in a box? Or have a different bag? They must know that the top always sticks to the wax paper when you try to take it out... Them not caring about this is just annoying.
