Staff was excellent and we've had one great steak there (last year) but now the bad steaks outnumber the good and they now marinate in what seems a salty smoke marinade. Sydney's attentiveness and genuine enthusiasm elevated our meal from great to unforgettable. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she navigated the ever-changing menu with ease and expertise, making us feel both welcome and well-cared for.

Part and Parcel is a great place, and with staff like Sydney, it's a must-visit! The menu changes a lot- my dad and I did the ‘tasting’ option and we didn’t come across a dish we didn’t like.“

For such a large group she handled us in a very prompt and orderly fashion. I really appreciated the offer for new Cutlery before our meals after the appetizers were done. I would definitely recommend this place for a lot of people to enjoy some peace of mind and great service, excellent food, and the atmosphere was very inviting.

When ordering a flight, you're given printed tasting notes for each of the beers, arranged in a suggested tasting order. Great flavor's of soda for the non beer drinkers. I like the shop is it is clean and does not smell of stale beer like some other brewery growler stations do. I give Phillips and Eleven out of Ten.“
