“What a great place with many healthy options that are gluten-free and vegan. We enjoyed gluten-free cheese pizza, the Funky Chicken Bowl, a Strawberry Zen Smoothie and took a Mantra Paneer and Butter Chicken Wrap to go. Yum! Kid-friendly and we will be back!”

“I’ve been to grounds and greens a few times! Not disappointing each time. When I went to the Fort Langley location I had their gold digger drink, I was very impressed with all the flavour combinations! I tried their monkey business muffin and keep trying to go back for another! The “cream cheese” was so satisfying for my hunger for real cream cheese.”

“My fiance and I had our first date at Ulis 4 years ago. The food was delicious, the service was amazing and the view is beautiful. So when our 4th anniversary came around we decided to have our first date all over again. We went to Ulis again for some delicious food. When our server asked us what our plans for the day was my fiance told him that we had come to Ulis on our first date and that it was our anniversary. Our server was absolutely amazing (I wish I could remember his name, but unfortunately I can’t) he went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely experience. He even brought us out some compliantly cheesecake for us to celebrate our anniversary. Our server had no idea that my fiance had plans on popping me the question that night. I would like to thank everyone at Ulis from the bottom of my heart for helping make our special day that much more special, memorable and for the amazing service and yummy food. If you are looking for a restaurant that has absolutely amazing service, delicious food, and a beautiful view you need to dine at Ulis. Highly recommend!”

“We came to Ocean Beach after stopping at Charlie’s 🤯and had a great experience. One thing to note is that Ocean Beach is a bar rather than a traditional restaurant, so we were required to show ID when we came in, which wasn’t a problem.

We came for Happy Hour and ended up staying for dinner. Great drink specials, really good food, and a fun atmosphere. We were lucky enough to get a spot on the ocean-view patio, which was beautiful and a great place to enjoy a drink and dinner overlooking the water.

Great Happy Hour, friendly service, good food, and one of the nicest patio views along the White Rock waterfront. We’ll definitely be back!!!!!!”

“My wife and I had breakfast recently. Absolutely terrific! Had 2 poached eggs,sausages, fried potatoes, toast and endless coffee. The fried potatoes were the best - not the little frozen McCains fried jobbies. My previous regular breakfast haunt, under new management, made the classic new owners mistake of changing the offering - namely the fried potatoes - game changer.”

“Chicken are delicious and have few varieties of flavors. Their chicken pieces are not all thighs and drumsticks. I ordered full, so what I have in a box was a mixtures of every parts of chicken (wings, drumsticks, breast meat and thigh). Price I paid was $28.25. To be honest portion in a box is not big but the taste is really good. Next time I will buy 1 full and 1 half, I think it would be enough for 3 people dinner and some left over for tomorrow lunch.

This place is super small and don't have many tables to dine-in. I would suggest just to buy take-out. Not easy to get a parking, few parking on road side.

Overall I recommend to give them a try.”

“I can't believe I haven't rated them yet, they're my absolute favorite ice cream shop! Small, family business, you can see - and taste! - the pride they take in the ice cream they're making. The owner and his daughter are both such nice people, it's a pleasure to stay and chat for a bit! And the daughter is going to culinary school, studying pastry making, so I can't wait to find that in their store! I don't eat sugar so I always get their sugar free ice creams (the coffee and the chocolate ones are to die for!), but I've been fortunate enough to be offered to try other flavors from their regular ice creams and boy they're good!!!!!
By all means, when you go say hi to the beach and to the ocean stop there for an ice cream, stay for a chat and some giggles. 🙂 Pics are from my visits to the beach, but that's all I could find.”

“Us old "foggies" love the beer shack. We even sometimes like to call it "Sawbucks South" because they love the 70s cover bands and even let us dance! Beers are ok but location is most important. I feel like there's not enough places around here that cater to our generation so I'd like to say thank you.”

“Visited Burger Bar today around 8:30 PM and had the noodles burger and a milkshake. Both were absolutely delicious and fresh. The burger was flavorful, and the milkshake was perfectly made. The staff member who served us was very polite, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Great food, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again! 😊”

“I have to write this yesterday March 8th went for a nice walk and then to moby dicks for the there famous fish and chips, service was a hit n miss, food was great, my wife ordered a cesar with NO tabasco in a sleeve, waitress left i could tell she seemed a little complexed. She then came back to clarify and voila she received her drink, well took a drink and could tell it was spicy and some people cannot take spices period, she did not want to say anything drank approx a third of it and put it aside, sorta mentioned something to the waitress, but nothing happened, we paid the bill the left and not soon after she started with gag reflex over and over and over to vomiting all over herself, now me on the other hand would have taken her back to the restaurant to show them but anyhow she asked me not to. She is a senior also, another gentleman complained to the waitress about his order that what he ordered was not what he received, Its a shame nowadays to go out and expect the service that one would receive at one time, then oh don't forget they also want minimum 15% tip for this, comon ???!! not very re-assuring!!”

Beautiful, delicious and I didn’t feel like I was eating garbage. My son strawberry waffles that came with bacon and some pan fries were incredible and there was real whipped cream not chemically loaded Cool Whip. The hot chocolates were huge. My husband and son were in their glory and my husband‘s omelet was lovely as well.
They have a pretty awesome menu with a lot of neat options. I’m gonna try some Chinese crêpes next time

“We come from South Delta weekly for sports, and nothing is better than their hot sweaty faces when they see “the box”. In the 45-60 min to get home at 9:30-10, they recharge and are ready for shower and bed. I finally learned to get my own pizza if I don’t want to lose a hand!”

It feels like the owl is trying to take flight but I’m not sure how forgiving the locals are. Come in and see Annie, she will take good care of ya!!”

“I had the pleasure of dining at Cosmos last Tuesday. My cousin from Germany and his wife came to visit and I want to take them where I knew they would be treated special and had great and varied menu. It's always special to be greeted by Christina, George and Bia. We were sat at a table by the window and a very attentive server by the name of Byron approached. Bryon was excellent throughout the entire meal. The food was also excellent. We decided to have a bit of everything from some hunks of delicious lamb, a trio of spreads with pita bread, triopita, and saganaki. So good !!! Thank you Cosmos for making the evening special.”

“Nature's Fare is my local go-to for all my health care and cosmetics needs. I also love their shakes & coffee. Its a great store with competitive prices. But what makes it shine is the staff. Lisa, Karen, Tia, Jack, Blake all so lovely to chat with and always helpful. I truly enjoy shopping here and its because of the wonderful people who work there.
As for the people complaining about the security staff, they've never been a bother and always smile and nod. The folks who work in the deli are also lovely but they're always so busy so I don't know their names. Well done to the management. 5 stars.”

My family has been ordering take-out and dining in at Penang for at least 10 years now and they've always been super accommodating and knowledgeable of my gluten intolerance, modifying dishes for me, etc. Thanks so much, guys, you know it means a lot to me! The owners are friendly and service is always great. My go tos are curry prawns, Thai chicken or tofu, House Special Fried Rice, and Mixed Vegetables, but I'm excited that there's so much on the GF menu to choose from now.”

There was a nice small selection of draft from BC-local breweries which complimented the food quite well. I ate the lemongrass chicken taco and I quite literally haven’t stopped thinking about it (SO. GOOD.)
The service was great, and Ella, my server at the counter made some excellent recommendations. Great atmosphere, gives off a summery-boho vibe that is welcoming and comfortable.
The manager, Sean, made an appearance at our table to quality check and it’s clear how much he values a quality experience in his establishment.
