“Fabulous donuts. There’s a reason this place has been around for so long. My wife and I have passed this shop many times and never went in until today and we have been missing out! The interior is a fun retro feel with a down to earth atmosphere. Vicky was so incredibly nice and made the experience. We will be coming back soon!“
“i went into today with my friend and while we were ordering our sandwiches, my friend had said something wrong so we laughed and he had asked, “why are you guys laughing?” and we told him it wasn’t because of him but then when i went to order my sandwich he asked what’s so funny so i was like nothing so he called us brats , this location is good just not this worker.“
“First time here. Been wanting to stop by, We were surprised to see that it was busy. Arrived 20mins before they close, you place your order on the self serve touchscreen. Staff make your order pretty quickly. They have alot of options for your order. We have to return and try something different. Soo many options. The slushie was really good.“
“Food and service are great, found this a few years back and any chance I get to come over the hill I grab tacos. Love the flavor of the carnitas and the heat on the green salsa is perfect. We also had pollo tostada and taco which was fresh and tasty too. Or as my partner said 'yummy'“
“If you are trying to figure out what to eat in Capitola I HIGHLY recommend Left Coast Sausage Worx.To start the service was outstanding. Very friendly and welcoming.The choices of sausage were spot on. I normally stay away from the average hot dog. But Left Coast Sausage Worx has some of the highest quality of sausages in Santa Cruz. They post all the details of the sausage on the menu and source multiple options from Corralitos, home to mouth watering sausages.Their buns are sourced from Aldos bakery. A local bakery/restaurant that my family has been going to for years.For thoes not interested in meat they have a veggie sausage! This was my order and it was the most flavorful sausage I had ever tried. Had my boyfriend try it and he was mind blown for how rich it was with italian flavor.You can find some bomb eats here without breaking the bank.Highly recommend and will be returning.“
“Good donuts, great sandwiches! Couldn't decide on chicken pesto or bbq Tri tip, soooo got both and just one word, BOMB! The lady was very nice and quick to serve. Sat down and saw the fish tank in the quiet, calm room while waiting. Next time we will be sitting down to eat great sandwiches.“
“Awesome steak and cheese subs!!! Just like what I ate growing up in Boston. Excellent steak and produce. I only gave "Service" 4 stars for two reasons. One, you can always be better. I don't think anyone is truly a 5. And two, and unfortunately, the main reason for only 4 stars is that they don't tend to read the directions or notes supplied on each sandwich when ordered. IE: Add Mayo - Slice in 4, etc. Other than that slight issue, It would be 4.99 Stars!!!Jersey Mike's is awesome!!!! Can't wait for the Scotts Valley, CA location to open so I don't have to go all the way to Santa Cruz!!!“
“I eat here about once/month, so I think I've got a pretty good sample size to go off of.So my 5 star review is based on the context of what this place serves up: A classic burger. No fancy gourmet ultra thick monster burgers, no 6" tall burgers skewered with a sword. It's that sweet spot between a fast food burger and a expensive boutique burger place. Every time I've been here my food was cooked fresh with fresh hot fries.That being said, the inside is a bit rough and maybe don't use the bathroom.. but again you aren't at Fancy McBurger Town. Enjoy a classic, freshly grilled burger and some hot french fries!“
“The cleanest Jersey Mike's I've been to and they're all generally really clean. Julian was EXTREMELY sweet and kind, I mean customer service is unmatched, he's probably the example used in the customer service training videos. Food was top notch and entire staff was also so friendly, another staff member was having such a polite conversation with another client while tending to them. The exceptional demonstration of multitasking definitely made myself and the other client in the store felt happy. 10/10 would invite Julian to a BBQ.“
“Nice place in Santa Cruz. Food was good, around $20 per bowl, beer $6 draft. Nothing is cheap anymore but the food looked fresh and tasty, the service was good and the the vibe was fine. No frills casual fast food joint that is probably one of the cheapest places you can find in Dec 2023. The crowd is mostly young.“
“We arrived about 5 minutes before scheduked closing time. We were greeted and welcomed in, able to order, and were even able to use the dining room without being rushed to leave before we were ready. Food and service were great and timely. The restroom was a little gross, but not unusually bad.“
“The food taste like great Taco Bell food. Clean most of the time. Quick service. The only issue is the amount they serve here. It seems like they've never been audited on the weight or quantities of the servings. The food is always so light or half scooped or something at this location. Apparently Kiosk orders only at the time too. Most of the staff has decent/expected/acceptable customer service when they need to interact. Experience was average. Wouldn't discourage anyone from going. Just giving the heads up. Hopefully the restaurant makes some adjustments.“
“Where do I even start. I've been coming here most of my adult life and have never had a bad experience, food is constantly great, would recommend for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Fries cooked to perfection every time. Breakfast sandwich that I can't get enough of, overall a great experience. I know it's a drive in burger joint, but it always delivers.“
