It's not often I write a review but when I experience something deliciously prepared and authentic to the taste of the region the food is from, I am compelled to do so. I am not from Sinaloa but I've visited there many times, and the flavor of the dishes I ate at this restaurant evokes memories from my visit there. I can't wait to try their camarones aguachiles! Service was on point: our server was attentive, respectful and communicative! Ambience: clean and comfortable!
First time here at Marlins and it has great ambiance for a small establishment, great music in the back ground. We waited a while for our food but it was worth it, the Menudo I ordered was delicious one of the best I've tasted, my other family members ordered chilaquiles and huevos rancheros and they said it was also delicious to finish off our Sunday breakfast we ordered the cream filled churros and they were very good. My husband and I visited Marlin Restaurant for the first time today.As soon as you walk in you can see the cleanliness of the restaurant.The hostess has a pleasant and friendly attitude. She sat us down promptly and was ready to serve us. My husband asked her for recommendations. I ordered the cameron con ajo and he ordered the fish taco plate. It was amazingly DELICIOUS!We definitely will be returning.
