“Beautiful decor, above and beyond service and some of the best Thai food I've had, for sure!I ordered the seafood Tom Kha, two egg rolls and a whole coconut. Everything was piping hot! (Except the coconut of course lol.) The egg rolls were nicely crispy and had a good flavor and nice dipping sauce. I asked for the soup to be mild-to-medium spicy and it came out perfectly spicy! It had the perfect balance of creamy, sour, sweet and spicy elements, which complexity of flavors Thai cuisine is so famous for. The seafood was all cooked perfectly, very tender and not even a bit tough or rubbery. And the coconut was great too! Just your typical Thai coconut.Overall definitely in my top 3 Thai restaurants I've ever been to (out of at least around 50).“

“Hands down the best Mexican food within a 15 mile radius. Every single dish is spot on with the flavors and freshness. Staff is limited so it may take a little bit to get service but they’re so sweet and welcoming. I’d take an extra five minute wait just to eat this food.“

“Buscamos un lugar cerca dónde vendieran barbacoa de borrego, afortunadamente encontramos este lugar. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. DELICIOSO!!!! En especial el consomé ya que lo he probado en otros lugares y que lamentablemente cerraron, ninguno lo supera en sabor.“

“I love this place. All their food is great especially the chili cheese fries. I just recently became aware of the pastrami. It's always the same cooks and service there 15 years later. I live in Arizona but love coming back to this place Everytime we can. The place is always quiet and clean. I can't go to California and not stop here.“

“I was in the area and I saw Maine Express. I checked their review on Yelp and it was great, so I decided to give it a try. The place was clean. There were many customers ahead of me, but the line moved fast. Almost all the customers were there for to go order. There are indoor seating for dining in. Their menu includes one, two or three items combo, bowl special and party trays. I ordered three items combo; bbq pork, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. I also ordered coconut shrimp and wonton. I had half chow Mein and half rice. The portion was humongous. The orange chicken was excellent followed by bbq pork. The teriyaki chicken had light teriyaki sauce but it was okay. The service was great and very fast. It's a nice place to stop by if you are in the area. It's a 4.5 stars“

“I am an Indycar fan and have seen their advertising during California Indycar events. Wanted to be sure to try it while in the LA area. I was not disappointed! I had the best burrito con pollo (chicken) I think I have ever had! I got a to-go order, and it was wrapped up so well it stayed nice and warm on the way back to the hotel. My Spanish is very rusty but I had no problem placing or receiving my order. I wish we had these in Kentucky! It was packed, so it may take a few minutes to get your order if you go after 6pm.“

“It was REALLY good food! Absolutely superb! The fried rice was some of the best I've ever tasted! And the Dan Dan noodles were also amazing! We went there for lunch so there was zero wait time and only one other person when we got there. As we finished up there was nearly ten in at the tables, so we beat the rush. The waitress was nice and took our orders quickly. She was a little pushy at the end when she was asking why we hadn't left a bigger tip but that was OK. We're all trying to make ends meet.Overall a great experience! Thanks you!“

“My wife is vegan and I am not. So when ever I'm in town it's a one stop shop. It's a bit pricy. But all the vegan stuff (from what I know) is made fresh. The owner is friendly and gets fresh ingredients daily for both carnivores and vegans alike. Try the vegan gansitos or the tres leches you'll thank me.Vegetarian options: Vegan and carnivorousDietary restrictions: Let them know duh“

“Have tried the food at this place a few times and it’s pretty decent. The cashiers are always nice and my food is ready in a few minutes. I highly recommend their Super California Burrito which can feed up to 2-4 people and costs about $16. You are also given a fair amount of salsas upon request. The dining area is pretty small.“

“After failing at the Mexican food place down the street, Via Mar was a nice change. Large TV’s, friendly staff, plenty of space and most importantly, great food. I had the two pescado tacos (battered) on a delicious corn tortilla. Not sure if they were hand made but tortilla quality matters. Fresh cabbage, spicy salsa made for a great meal. This part of town has many Mexican restaurant choice and this one should be on your seafood list.“

“The food was delicious, the waitresses were very attentive and the waitress was very cute and made us laugh with my son's order. I loved the atmosphere and the food. The only thing is my michilada came with ice, for the other one I will order without ice.Kid-friendliness: Waitresses very kind to the children.“

“Plenty of seats. Clean tables. Plenty of condiments. Decent prices. Floor is kinda dirty. Lighting is a bit dark. Non gender neutral restrooms. Semi clean. I ordered the boon bye hwei and it was surprisingly good... the noodles were perfect, plenty of meat, NOT watered down soup. My only concern is that it wasn't temperature hot. Overall, i would definitely recommend this place.“
