“One of my favorite Starbucks stores. Stop on my travels here because the coffee keeps me awake and I love those hot sandwiches. Pikes Peak is my favorite. Unless it's in the afternoon then I settle for an ice coffee. They always have great snacks to munch on the road too like chocolate rice krispie treats. Soo good.“
“I went to get my pickup order and my drink was accidentally made cold. Normally I would just take it, but it was pretty cold outside and wanted a warm drink. I let the very tall gentleman named Andrew know and he said he would remake it no problem. As soon as he did, I proceeded to accidentally knock it over and spill the entire thing! He remade it AGAIN with no problem, wouldn't let me repay, all with a smile on his face. I interact with him a lot and I have never seen a rude or cross interaction from him, even with irate customers. He is truly a fabulous employee and represents the company well.
