“Staff were great, however, they need more staff, especially on weekends. The line was to the door and there was very limited people at the registers. Both days we were there. The folks calling out the order names you could hardly hear. Every time I heard something like our name, I'd have to push through the crowds to see if they actually said our name. Most of the time, it wasn't. A better system may benefit this location. Also, the chalk board of menu items is confusing and hard to see, as part of it is behind the registers where you expect it to be, the other half is hidden over by where orders are picked up. I didn't even know I could buy anything other than coffee drinks until I picked up my order 15+ minutes later.“
“This is by far the best Starbucks in Palm Springs, which is rare inside of a grocery store! The staff is helpful, friendly, consistent, patient… I could go on and on. We often start our mornings here before work and look forward to seeing our SB pals daily. The drinks are always great, but it’s the staff that keeps us going.“
“Starbucks is always a good enjoyable stop in the day. It has become more expensive but there are specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays that can help out your wallet quite a bit so if you plan a little bit then you can save if you're a stop every single day in the morning then you're going to have a least of $30 a week habit and for coffee that's quite a bit especially when I can buy Starbucks Brew it at home and take it with me and I'm sure that Starbucks doesn't mind how you use their coffee as long as you are using their brand“
“My visit to this particular Starbucks location was overall quite enjoyable. Right off the bat, the friendly staff made a lasting impression with their welcoming attitudes and prompt service. The spaciousness of the café is another highlight, providing plenty of room to find a spot to settle down with your coffee and perhaps get some work done or enjoy a chat. Additionally, the ample car parking available is a significant convenience, ensuring a stress-free start to the coffee experience. However, it's worth mentioning that while the space is comfortable, the furniture does seem a bit dated and could benefit from some refurbishment to enhance the overall ambiance. A little TLC in this area could really elevate the customer experience.Despite this minor critique, my visit was pretty good, and the positives certainly outweigh the negatives. I look forward to my next visit and hopefully seeing some updates to the décor.“
“Today I stopped at this location for the first time. They had a barista by the name of Giselle and she was amazing. She had a very welcoming and friendly personality. She was efficient and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely return to this location. Thank you for outstanding service!!!“
“This spot has the top customer service in the whole CV - every employee is so friendly, and makes you feel welcome, and actually care about their customers-But the *best* by far employee is Caleb - all the people on drive through eventually remember our order, but Caleb always has a smile and always welcomes us and asks how we’re doing. The manager, Alexa, really runs a great group of people there - we go out of our way to hit this spot, even though there are 3 that are much closer.“
