“Cozy and welcoming, with tasty food and friendly staff. :) I enjoyed the vegetarian ratatouille entree! The server said they are allergen friendly, too, and they have vegan and gluten free options. :)Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian and vegan options. I enjoyed the vegetarian ratatouille! It was unique; I hadn't had a dish like it before, and that was fun. :)“

“Best latte I've ever had..... seriously... and I've had many many.....Had a gourmet artichoke "pizza" on the focaccia bread ...wow.... really delicious. Owners both there.... one making the coffee drinks... the other a baker/ creator of the food. Delightful place.... though be aware it's VERY small . A few tables inside and a padded bench outside.Vegetarian options: A very good vegan offering on foccacia..... and at least one veggie salad choice. I think there was one other.“

“I met a friend at Chez Philippe and we enjoyed a leisurely midweek lunch. We both ordered the onion soup. It's perfection! We've both spent time in France and it's authentic. Our server was attentive but not annoying so. We were too full for dessert but next time I'm going for the tarte tatin.“

“The food and coffee are amazing. The space is great. You can look over the brook waters of San lorenzo River. There's a tree sticking out of the building which actually adds to the charm. It's raining right now and it's dripping through which I don't mind it at all. Again it's an actual tree in the whole building. Service is great too!“

“We had Thai Heart do a large take out order for a joint 40th birthday party we were hosting. They did such an amazing job not only getting all the food prepared in time but packaging it in large catering trays in cardboard boxes for easy transportation. The food was delicious and in generous portions; it eded up being way more cost effective than any catering companies we could find. Can't recommend them enough!“

“I stopped in this morning for breakfast and had a great Popeyes scramble potatoes, toast and coffee. Everything came out hot, fresh and tasty.I had seen that a rehab was done on the building late last year. The interior of the building was very clean and the sun was shining in.The only unfortunate part is that I was the only customer. This place needs to be tried by everyone.I'll definitely be back.“

“We've been out of our house for three nights. No power up in Boulder Creek decided decided to stay at the Hilton tonight. Didn't know what we wanted to eat. We wanted sushi. We ate it all of them but we decided to try wasabi went there when they first opened. We got signed up for all you can eat sushi you get three rounds of sushi. All you could possibly ever want. We left with two bags of food. I had to pay for the to go containers which I'm not quite sure what that was all about, but all in all it was $104 so a little bit more for the three of us to eat good time. The waitress was wonderful very accommodating and sweet. Felt really bad. She got kind of bullied by some takeout orders, and we kind of heard about it because the restaurant so small.“

“We arrived during off hours with our 2 young, tired and hungry children and it was absolutely perfect. The manager put on a movie (the new Super Mario Bros), food came out fast and was exactly what we were looking for — overall we are so happy to have found this place and highly recommend it!“

“One of the reasons I go to Pizza My Heart is because they offer ingredients that I can eat based on my dietary restrictions. They messed up on my pizza and not only refunded me for the whole pie, but made a new pizza that I was able to eat and let me take the one they messed up! I have been coming here for decades and they always have great pizza, but the customer service was over the top!!??Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to both gluten and dairy and they have options to accommodate both so I can enjoy pizza!“

“Stopped here on our brewery hop. Staff is friendly but the tables are so wobbly. The first table we sat at was so wobbly we asked to move to a high rise and those tables were just as wobbly but at least we had more space for four people. Brews are good - Riesling is not good. ? the chicken bbq flatbread is amazing tho! Who would have thought to put potato on pizza ? outdoor patio is nice but it’s really dark on the inside.“

“The Cowell dining hall. What can I say. The oven roasted allergen free chicken? To die for. Natural bridges tofu scramble? Rocked my world. The plethora of fresh fruit on the side? Always a great start to my morning. White berry cookies? I would kill a man for one morsel of this cookie. The great service, the great food, and the great times make this a santa cruz must-see.“

“Seafront cafeteria with inside and outside seating in between the Wharf and the Boardwalk. They serve great coffee and a wide selection of very hearty sandwiches and other goodies. Our hotel did not serve breakfast, so we were delighted to find this place. I had a yoghurt with granola and fresh fruit jelly, which was very good. My wife opted for avodado on toast (how very californian). We also ordered a Dad's Meatloaf sandwich to take away for lunch, which was very tasty and more than ample for both of us. We enjoyed our meal in the sun on the pavement terrace. We also appreciated the fact that the cutlery and food containers are all sustainable/compostible“

“Excellent food, amazing service. The duck served three ways was the light bulb and the accompanying salad was the perfect counter to the richness of the duck. The fried chicken as always was amazing with a wonderful stack of fluffy potatoes.The only challenge is parking, however, the service from walking in the door through the entire meal will make you come back just to say hi“

“A favorite of mine for decades, The Bagelry is both affordable and convenient, and has good vegan options.Not only vegan cream cheese and hummus, but various tofu based spreads as well (my favorite of which is probably New Delhi: curried tofu w/ cashews, raisins, and apple).They also have great deals on day old bagels, including quite a selection if you get there early. In fact, I often pick up a couple bags of day old bagels and a pint of hummus for the week (their house made hummus is so good!).“
