“It’s great to have a halal food option in the inland empire! We were quite excited to try this place and the food did not disappoint. The hotdog was average at best, however the Michelin burger was amazing! Definitely one of the top 5 burgers we’ve had. Fries were also very good! The food came out really quickly which was a plus.The only thing I must mention that I found a bit strange is that the owner straight up refused to cut our 5 year old daughter’s burger in half for us. I have no idea as to the logic of this - did they not have a knife available or did they feel it messed with the integrity of their product? They took the burger back to the kitchen to cut it for us and the owner came back out with it saying ‘we don’t cut the burgers’ or something like that. No explanation given or being unable to fulfill a simple request for a child. Either way, I asked if they had a plastic knife so that I can cut it for her myself. He said no, that he only had a plastic fork and then brought me a plastic spoon instead lol. So I had to cut my daughter’s burger in half with a plastic spoon. It got really messy. But she enjoyed it nonetheless after a few tears. I guess I’ll start carrying my own knife from now on since this place refuses to cut their burgers in half for small children for whatever reason haha.But despite that small incident I have to give credit where it’s due- solid 7.5/10 burger option for the area. I only wish they had mustard or pickle relish or some type of spicy jam to add a little kick or tang to the burgers. The buns were also not the best quality and fell apart easily even just with the single patty- brioche would hold up much better. But overall we were still veryimpressed and will return as we often frequent the area and it is affordable and a great value meal compared to other halal places nearby.“

“This location is so chill inside I like coming here for a quiet morning to myself. But I’ve also brought my kids with no issues. Service is always great hands down this is probably the Dennys with the best service in the area. Felicia is so sweet and attentive. Even the other servers you see how they’re treating other patrons and it’s just a homey feeling vibe like a mom and pop neighborhood restaurant. If you’re looking for a good deal and chill Dennys spot stop by this location.“

“Recently visited Dennys in Rubidoux and was served by Teresa she was super fast , and friendly. She made sure she checked on me while I was there and did not make me feel rushed at any time. I will be going back to that location next time I am in the area“

“My baby sister had this restaurant marked as a place to try and so for our sister dinner we decided to check it out. The ambiance is hipster/trendy. They have inside dining and outdoor dining. We chose to sit outside. They also turn on the heat lamps if it gets a little chilly. Our server was David. Five stars all around. He checked on us and made sure that we were good, he even suggested the truffle fries. Now the food, for appetizers my sister had the calamari and I had the Poutine fries. Both were delicious. The peppers in the Calamari were exquisite. We were kind of full so my sister and I split a burger. The beef was cooked to perfection and the truffle fries made with real truffles were outstanding. After our meal we had the pleasure of meeting Steve the manager who was really nice. I will be back so that my Mr. Can have a go.“

“I'm gonna call this fusion, Mexican and America Cafe/diner style. A little pricey for what it is. Food is okay, not the best but second to none. It gets crazy packed on weekends. Ordered the Country Scrambler and it should be named the Biscuits Gravy love that it came with eggs and potatoes. The biscuits were great and soft, the gravy was mild and labeled flavor.Also ordered an extra side of Hot Links and only got 3 halves, where's the other half? The staff were friendly and outgoing. Overall worth a try, and again, is more of a fusion cuisine.“

“Every time I ordered their liver dinner, it is fabulous. Their onions are so sweet. The bacon is crispy and during the day....I order it with the rice and the evening.... I do get the baked potato once in a while, but I do like the rice, but the liver is to die for. ..you get two nice size portions of liver .....now you have to love liver folks and I love liver! For somebody who doesn't get an opportunity to find liver that often in different restaurants flows does really good job of it. ...so liver lovers unite!“

Drinks were good, we ordered the whiskey lullaby (but they couldn't make it) so got an old fashioned instead and it was good. “My wife and I visited Vicky's after church today. This was one of her parent's favorite places. She wanted Mexican food and decided on the carne asada plate. I chose the pork chops, but got the breakfast as it was a lot cheaper. We were both very pleased with our orders. She was able to make herself four tacos and loved her rice and beans. My pork chops had great flavor. I loved my hash browns as well. My two eggs and biscuits and gravy were also very good. An added bonus was at the drinks fountain. They had grape soda. When do you ever see grape soda? I enjoyed the change...mmmm! The service was outstanding and everyone in the place was cheery. Great atmosphere.“

“Each community has spots that are unique to their culture. Backstreet is one of those places for Riverside. A bit off the beaten path with limited parking, and only open a few hours a day. If you're a local though, you've been here many times and it's earned a special place in your heart. “Having breakfast at Black Bear is one of my favorite places to go to. We’ve gone randomly and for birthday breakfast celebrations. I ALWAYS ask for Xochitl to be my server because her service is always exceptional. She gets our order right and has our food arrive in a timely manner. “I found this restaurant on Google, and was not disappointed! My chile verde omelet was slathered with chile verde that had a nice kick to it, though not overwhelming. Other reviews are correct the their salsas are outstanding, very fresh and obviously homemade! Love how they serve the creamy refried beans in a small bowl made of a tortilla. Fun decor with a kitschy Route 66 theme, and great service too!“
