This isn't the bad cooking smothered in mole sauce and delivered to your table like others. I think the current star rating is not a good as they really are. “Food was magnificent i was highly pleased! I rarely give 5 stars but this place was great, the breakfast burrito was yummy but a little dry, the sausage was INCREDIBLE. I'm normally not into vegan sausage but it was incredible and then just look at the table it was gorgeous!! Service was simple and polite, the food came out fast for a sunday afternoon! The bloody mary isss missing something , perhaps the tang , salt, or just needs a little more lime. Overall it was the perfect brunch experience on a sunday, we were in and out in a reasonable time and I am leaving a very satisfied customer.“

The food is absolutely fantastic from the appetizers to the main dish and the desserts, everything exquisite.As for your appetizer I highly suggest the brussel sprouts, main dish on this evening I had the cork dork Burger which was phenomenal but several at my table enjoyed the duck which was spectacular and included wild rice.The desserts were wonderful and large enough to share. A wide assortment of wines from very affordable to high-end champagnes and after dinner wines/drinks. Put this one on your list, it is absolutely spectacular.Lastly, the staff was extremely attentive and therefore the service was excellent. Chef Danny came out and greeted us to make sure that we were enjoying our experience and displayed a great passion for his craft as well as his restaurant!“

“My wife and I visited the Lure Fish House in Westlake Village on April 6th. The restaurant has a great design and was very busy but service was still quick. We had the sea bass, seared scallops, and a couple of drinks. Both entrees were delicious and the drinks hit the spot. A couple days after we left I realized that I had left my credit card. I called the restaurant and talked with the general manger and he found the card. Unfortunately I live about 140 miles away but the GM offered to send my the card which I received shortly later. I just want to say the restaurant not only has great food, service, but they are also very honest and we will definitely return. Thank you, David and Lucia“
“Didn't want to be stuck in traffic for over 2.5 hrs to get home, so I decided to come here and grab a drink, watch some games, and let the traffic die down. They have minimal parking on the street but a large parking lot to the back. I was the first one here for at least an hour, which was really nice. They got televisions all over the place. So no matter where you sit, you get a good view of the game. They got some upbeat music playing loudly over the speakers. Some real head bangers!! Got me tapping my foot and bobbing my head!! It's somewhat dark, but well lit with all the neon signs and tvs. The booths were also really comfy. The waitress I had was amazing. Super nice. Checked on me frequently, since I was the only one there for a while. Very conversational. Great at small talk, so thanks. Knew the menu well. They have daily happy hours of beers, some food. And being a Tuesday, it was taco Tuesday!!!! Tacos were $2.50 each. I ordered one of each and they came out early quick. Feels like the ones you get right off the streets of LA (in a good way). Lots of protein. Packed with toppings. Double tortillas. More sauce on the side. They were all really good!! I had a couple of their beers. Had one on tap, an IPA, as well as another one in a bottle. Vibes here are really cool. It was nice just to sit back, kind of put my feet up and chill. Everyone was super nice. Upon request they can turn on the volume of any of the games. Unfortunately, someone requested the soccer game to be played on blast. Which killed the music. But I had been there a good 1.5 hrs by then, and I guess that was my cue to leave. And it only took an hr and 10 min to get home, mission accomplished!!“

“you can actually hear some really good acts at this place, famous blues artists especially. they have open mic nights but you're very encouraging. I like the way it's decorated in there; of course it's not as good as Ireland's 32 but it's slightly better than universal bar and grill. mind you they are all very close in the running. the point is I recommend going, and I really hope they don't dismantle all the strip malls because a place like this can't exist with apartments over it I don't think“

I had called Monty's inquiring about this and if they could assist me with having it delivered to the station. While this is a dine in establishment, they went above and beyond to ensure the food was delivered on time. “Great Food, Great Service, Great Atmosphere They have a private room for small parties. My Networking Group hosted a mixer there. They prepared a buffet for us and provided a waitress to take our drink orders. It was perfect. I would definitely book the room again, hang out with friends, and take the family there for lunch. “The paleta margarita is always delicious and strong and huge. Comes with lots of ice. The taquitos can be made vegan if you ask for all the toppings on the side and avoid the dairy and dressings (honey). The chips and guacamole are always like the best thing ever. Did you know they have habanero salsa? It'll knock your socks off. Yes, it's spicy lol. For a nicer ambiance ask to sit outside because indoors is a bit noisy. Bathroom can get messy at peak hours. Excellent service. I am a very repeat customer. Good for families or a night out with friends or a hot date. Oh and you can it all to go, just call ahead. Parking is dicey on Canyon Club nights and it can be cold at night. Cinco de Mayo is literally a no go, too busy. I detracted a star because there's nothing inherently vegan on the menu. But I could live off the chips and salsa. Seriously, go try.“

“Pros- Best meal I've had in a long time. From the fresh-baked pretzel loaf with mustard compound butter, the amazingly innovative seasonal vegetable side dishes, to the incredibly light, barely sweetened strawberry coupe dessert, I could barely contain my joy. I can't wait to go back and work my way through the menu. The service was lovely and welcoming and all the hosts and servers called us by name from when we arrived until we left. The space is lovely and the outdoor seating overlooks the hotel's spectacular waterfall. The space is light and bright and the interior lights were dimmed as the sun went down creating a very romantic atmosphere. Cons - the service was rather slow but in hindsight it was nice to not feel rushed through the meal to turn over the table. The worst aspect was the noise level. It seems that many restaurants are now going for a sleeker design and carpeting and fabric-upholstered seats/booth are giving way to hard, slick surfaces that do nothing to absorb sound. The result is so noisy that normal conversation is nearly impossible so you're speaking louder adding to the problem. Next time we'll go when the weather is warmer and ask to sit outside where I think the roar of the waterfall will be quieter.“
“We had an unusual evening at Angelini. I had made reservations for my wife's birthday and asked them if they could acknowledge her in a low key way. Things got off to a rocky start when the hostess offered us an indoor table, then asked us to wait a minute while she checked to make sure it was ready. She came back and escorted us to the worst outdoor table on a very rainy and chilly night. We asked what happened to our indoor table that she offered on our arrival and she was flustered and inarticulate. We decided to stay, though we were tempted to simply leave and go elsewhere. Things got better from there. The food was delicious and bountiful. However, the outdoor space is chock full of tables and noisy diners. It was hard for us to converse with one another in the din. It was also very chilly despite a number of propane heaters stationed throughout the area. Much to my surprise and dismay, no one said a word to my wife to wish her a happy birthday. She wasn't miffed because she did not expect something. But I would have preferred if someone from Angelini had wished her well on her special day. Bottom line: very good food, quite pricey (but worth it), attentive service once you get past the poorly trained receptionist. This is a restaurant that needs more indoor space and a less densely packed patio. And they should read OpenTable special requests to delight their customersfurther.“

“Prosperous Penny is only open on Friday and Saturday nights in the Four Seasons in Westlake Village. The vibe is chic but dim. There's seating at the bar, but there are a few other couches to sit on. It feels very cozy, mellow but an elevated experience. I have never tried to order food here, and I don't know if they serve any. I've popped in after I've eaten at Coin & Candor for drinks. The drinks are great, as are the bartenders.“
“Loved this location so much. It’s right next door to Nobu Malibu and the view of the ocean is gorgeous. Valet parking available. This location had a lot of families with small kids present so the vibe was more laidback. We had lunch here and we appreciated how often the manager came to check in on us.For the four of us, we ordered the lobster bucatini, crudo, green salad, cod, and crudités. For dessert we got the Eton Mess and cookie crumble with ice cream on top. Everything was so tasty and pretty. My favorite was the lobster bucatini. We all got some cold pressed juice to drink with our meal and ended with some matcha lattes (we needed caffeine to wake us up after the feasting we did). Plenty of seating to do work and again, the view of the water can’t be beaten. There is beach access so I would suggest bringing your suit and a paddle board or surfboard if you have time to play in the water.“

There has been a change in the items for the food menu a while back and was sad to hear that they don't make the chicken sandwich anymore. The Margarita Garden Bar is located at the front entrance inside Topanga Social. They have a set menu of pre-made margs but freshly prepared, not mixes, for 50% off. Something for all margarita aficionados. Michelle was our bartender and I ordered the Social Marg with blood orange & bit of agave, no salt ($7 - normally $14) it was perfect. One was all I needed! Met up with some of my favorite Yelpers which made the experience even better! Plenty of food to choose from to go with your margarita! *I highly recommend stippling by any night!!! “Always great food and excellent service Whenever we eat at Lure Fish House in Porter Ranch, we can count on having a great meal. But we also can expect excellent service. Our recent visit was a little more extraordinary because of our server, Mar. Since we had been there before, but it had been a while, Mar asked if we knew what we wanted or if we wanted to hear the menu explained. We chose the latter. She also asked if we had allergies, which we did not. Not many restaurants ask that, which can be important because not all ingredients are listed and some people forget to mention it. We ordered our usual cup of Clam Chowder and asked about the Dungeness Crab Cocktail. Mar told us what we wanted to hear and ordered it. We shared both appetizers and enjoyed them both. For our entrées, my wife stepped out of her comfort zone and did not order her usual but rather the White Sea Bass in Almondine-style, which is crusted with breadcrumbs, parmesan and almonds. I went with my semi-usual of the Crispy Fish, Shrimp & Chips Combo, but with Pineapple Coleslaw, on the suggestion of Mar during the explanation of the menu. When the meals arrived, my wife said the Sea Bass was good, but she probably would not get it that way again. Mar checked in on us and my wife repeated what she had told me. Mar then said, "I have just the sauce to make it better." She returned with the sauce that comes with the Sally's Sand Dabs, which is a lemon caper sauce. My wife said it changed the entire meal and was amazing, which she thanked Mar for when she again checked in on us. For me, the Pineapple Cole Slaw matched perfectly with the fish and shrimp. I never would have thought of that. Mar truly knows the menu and what pairs well and complements each dish. I believe we will be visiting more often, asking for Mar on each visit and stepping out of our comfort zones more often, with Mar's guidance. Thank you.“

Keith, the waiter, was more than great! He was friendly, kind and helpful! I had the Chicken Melt and it was delicious! It came with French fries that were made to the tee! All was so delicious and fresh! There really IS plenty of seating, indoors and outdoors. They have TVs, too. This would be a great place to bring big groups to chill and have a good bite to eat! The location is perfect - not too crowded at all! It's a brand new place, beautiful, new furniture, clean, and just nice! I found a new place that I will be frequenting!!!“

The food used to be great now everything is too salty.
