“They do a good job getting my orders right at this location, even larger orders for 4+ people. The employees are sometimes kind of slow and unfriendly, but my experiences are generally positive when I visit this location. One employee in particular, Samuel, is definitely going places. He is calm, polite, and efficient where most fast-food employees are not. That's not what made me want to write this review though, instead it was his ability to provide actual customer service to me today. I left feeling like he genuinely cared about my children and their food. An experience that is rare among food establishments of this caliber. I would say he went above and beyond his duties as a man who makes but minimum wage. I won't go into detail on what happened, but there was a mini situation that Samuel handled epically. Cheers to you, Samuel! Give this man a promotion!“
“I’m very critical with my reviews, so believe me when I say that this place has got to be the best fast food joint I have ever been to. I come here quite often and I consistently get A+ service as if I were in a Michelin star restaurant. The food is also consistently very good, in fact the new honey pepper pimento sandwich was probably the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. While other restaurants have betrayed me(I’m looking at you chipotle), chik fil a constantly outdoes itself. Bravo, chik fil a, God is good.“

“This El Pollo local location not only has the best El Pollo Loco food, but also the best service! The people who provide the service at the Wendy Drive,, Newberry Park, El Pollo Loco location are the best!!! I called them during a very busy time at dinner, to do a pre-order for the morning. It was a large order. The lady, Blanca, who took my order, was so patient, very kind, and helpful. I always like going to this particular El Pollo Loco, the most because the people are great and they make the El Pollo Loco food the best! Thank you.“
