“They do a good job getting my orders right at this location, even larger orders for 4+ people. The employees are sometimes kind of slow and unfriendly, but my experiences are generally positive when I visit this location. One employee in particular, Samuel, is definitely going places. He is calm, polite, and efficient where most fast-food employees are not. That's not what made me want to write this review though, instead it was his ability to provide actual customer service to me today. I left feeling like he genuinely cared about my children and their food. An experience that is rare among food establishments of this caliber. I would say he went above and beyond his duties as a man who makes but minimum wage. I won't go into detail on what happened, but there was a mini situation that Samuel handled epically.
