Always super friendly staff at this location. And if you want a simple meal of fire roasted chicken, you can’t go wrong with el pollo loco! But this newbury park location has a great team working there.
The parking lot needs work, and the soda fountain usually has a couple spigots that aren't working, but the food here is always great and the service is fast so I'm out of there in just a few minutes. And it's the only place where I can get soup on a cold day in this area, which I highly recommend!
