“Such a crazy cool concept! I loved that it was located in an old mechanic shop, and this place had such a cool vibe too. I ordered a build your own that featured turkey and bacon and some avocado. It was amazing. Everything tasted so fresh and had such great flavors. My fiancé ordered the Chicken Pesto, which he loved. He also tried the Pizza Panini too, that he also really enjoyed. Id definitely love to come back next time we're in town!“

“Came in on 3/30/24 for a great jam band, On The Bus. Nice back room has alot of tables and plenty of room to watch the elevated stage. Overall good spot to try some good wines and see music. Not sure if their heaters work or not as it was FREEZING back there, and they were not on. It was a cloudy and windy day -- but even though the space is covered and enclosed it was too chilly. A huge plus is that you can bring food in from neighboring restaurants ! The Reserve Pinot was the highlight of the red flight -- as it should be since a glass costs more than the flight -- a nice treat.“
“Every time I I ordered boba milk tea of any flavor the taste is horrible. I paid $8 for large. Like today I ordered Peach flavor. Omg there's no taste to it . This happened to me 5 times . I'm not going back to this place. This place needs to be consistent with the milk tea flavors. This is an update from 1 star to 4 stars. I went back to Ding Tea last Friday April 19,2024 to get my free milk tea drink and this time they did a great job! Shanaia is very friendly and helpful & Matthew made our Peach milk tea and Strawberry milk tea and it's very tasty. Both of them are quick getting your order and making it. I'll be coming back here again, I just hope that they will be consistent with the flavors.“

“This is a pretty cool spot! Somehow, I reviewed the winery but not the brewery, despite trying both since they are at one location. I was happy to see that it was okay to bring our kids and socialize with friends. I enjoyed their lighter beers as I'm no longer an IPA type a girl. It's amazing how your palate changes over the years. The bar tenders were really kind and had no issues with getting beer and recommendations. It's a good spot to enjoy with friends and will definitely come check it out again.“

I was addressed by my first name and I just felt so welcomed to be there. The quality of food here is amazing. The base itself is so creamy it's almost whipped. The price is amazing. “Bruh their what's up doc smoothie is literally insane. It's so good. I also called because I needed a gluten free toast for the avocado toast they make and they made it no problem. It was SOOOOOO good. They took my order over the phone because I was in a rush and they had it ready for me SO FAST. All I had to do was go in and pick it up. The inside of the place is such a vibe. I loved the atmosphere and will definitely be going back there OFTEN. This place and camp coffee are my favorite places here in ocean side. I would add a picture but...I ate everything already. “Shoutout to Tanner man, he's the employee on the front lines handling business. An angry, drunk customer who wanted to get free food by throwing a tantrum was tamed by this man. Apparently that customer comes in weekly and Tanner is ready to mitigate the situation every time. I love Luna Grill, I go here to enjoy delicious food and normally it's pretty chill here. But that guy was on the loose, hungry for success and Tanner kept his composure. That's the kind of service and clear thinking under pressure that's inspiring. If you're reading this Tanner and ever considered Real Estate, you can get your license and I'll personally refer you to the company I work for: Realty ONE Group Pacific--office in Carlsbad. “Great food. Great friends. Great service. That's their motto and they certainly live by it! The pancakes were fluffy and delicious, complimented by fresh and flavorful fruit. The chicken fried steak was, dare I say, perfectly done! The accompanying biscuits and gravy and potato pancake were absolutely outstanding. Good amount of seating but no reservations. Took my SO here yesterday for breakfast since she was having a "sick day" and this was definitely the RX. Service with a smile, food that is delicious and you can walk across the street and eat it on the beach. What's not to like. I hesitate writing this review because there's almost always a line and I don't want it so crowded that I can't escape here.“

“I needed some coffee and found El Kafecito on Yelp, was captivated with the Tres Leches Latte and so I decided to stop by. It's a little drive-thru hut located in the shopping center. Unfortunately, they were out of the Tres Leches HOWEVER, I decided to order the Dulce de Leche Latte and the Horchata Latte iced and they DID NOT disappoint!!! Because this is an actual Mexican-owned coffee shop, the Horchata Latte tastes so much better than one you'd find at Better Buzz or other larger corporate coffee shops. It tastes like a traditional horchata and it is scrumptious. The Dulce de Leche latte is also tasty. Their coffee has great flavor; the drinks were not too sweet and they offer different milk substitutes. Service was friendly, the girl at the window had a good attitude. She let me know of the best time to come back in order to get the Tres Leches Latte, so I WILL DEF BE BACK!“
“Went for a friend's retirement party outside in the back. Had Bites for food and it was really good. The wings were fabulous. The chicken tacos were a little on the salty side. The tater tots and waffle wedges were also really good. The Beef tacos were really good as well. THE BEEF SLIDERS WERE AMAZING!! Hummus was really good as well. I had the Bario Logan beer that was nice a cold. Thank you we had a very nice time.“

“Haven't been here in a while...had a great time on a Saturday afternoon. Best skinny margarita I've had in years. Shout out to Ralph and Casamigos for making that happen for me. I had a couple of the beers and they were world class as always! I think the only complaint I have is the outside area is dirt and I think turf would really brighten up the outside and make it feel more like a comfortable backyard/have a SD vibe. Can we start a petition for turf?? We will be back.“
“My family and I were nearby hoping to get ice cream from our favorite shop while we were in town but found they were closed on the day we stopped by. I checked Yelp for ice cream nearby and came across Handel's. When we arrived, there was no line and we quickly decided what each of us wanted and ordered at the outdoor window. The ice cream was served immediately. I had the mud pie (which was so delicious), my husband had the orange cream, and our kids had chocolate and lime sherbet. Everyone really enjoyed their ice cream and the prices were reasonable.“

I found out about allmine on Instagram due to their visually stimulating lasagna bolognese. They bring it out with a ring around it, set it down, take the ring off and then it's never ending cheese and honestly, one of the most beautiful things I've seen. When we went, they had a little snafu with their fridge so some items weren't available but luckily I didn't travel almost a thousand miles for those items. But I can tell you this, I would walk a thousand miles for the lasagna from allmine. I dream about it, I think about it and hell, may even get a tattoo of it. Eat here! “This was a highly recommended spot when we came to visit family and it was worth it. The staff was very nice. And the coffee was great! I got an iced cookie butter mocha and my wife got it hot, both versions were good. We will be back next time we visit.“

“A good morning when you start your day at this local breakfast spot. This is my third visit and haven't been disappointed. I truly enjoy this establishment for the home vibe to the bloody Mary's. No alcohol today but I highly recommend their drinks. Today I enjoyed a Denver omelette with hash browns. By far the best in town, large portions, and very fluffy. The dinning room was bouncing with conversations and everyone seems happy and content. Today's service as always was professional and attentive! An Oceanside staple, I highly recommend a visit.“
“We went down to LEGOLAND, and while I love the bricks, you definitely want to go off property and try all the good food around the area. Best Pizza & Brew was so awesome - quite the line - but it moved quickly. Easy to find a seat and the beer choices were a lot of fun - My Darkest Sour was a big hit - the pizza was delicious as was the rest of our haul - chicken wings on point - garlic knots (actual knots) so good - salad was crispy and fresh. Kids had a blast - open air - with fire out front. Staff was so nice - answered all my questions and all and all I have to say that next time I am down there I will remember to stop in. Loved it - you should go for sure.“

Smooth with not bitter bite at the finish.The customer service, though, is what got me. The cashier was extremely outgoing and super friendly. It wasn't an act, but rather authentic. While waiting for my latte to be made, she proactively had a conversation with me on how things were going, if there were any plans for the day, etc... She was engaging, courteous, and genuine. “This small shop a few blocks from the Oceanside beach was the perfect stop after my morning run.The place was sunny, cozy, and smelled amazing. A small selection of pastries was available at the counter. I ordered a warmed cheese danish, a vanilla latte, and added a drip coffee since I like to try the drip and espresso at a new spot.The latte had incredibly smooth foam on top, a small detail I find rare and enjoyable. Both drinks were rich, smooth, and delicious.“

“This place is excellent! I've been here many times-always good BUT...it has grown into a wonderful experience. Our lunch choices were all great - no way to improve them. We had a Reuben, a Make-Your-Own (roast beef, havarti, onion roll), & a Deli Rose - all super. The sandwiches came with chips & pickles, we added pepperonis & a veggie bowl. All so good. Now for the 'staff'. They have a way of making you feel welcomed & cared for. We deserved a frown - asking for an outside table & then had to ask to move inside after the breeze appeared but we didn't get anything but understanding. Smiles, suggestions, and explanations about the menu - I left feeling like I had been to a friend's house. I will be back very soon!“

Not only is she so quick and very sure to make your dining experience great, she's funny and makes you feel like you're so welcome. For the food; Chef Peter's Chicken and the Lemon Chicken are our favorites, and the singapore street noodles are spicy yet satisfying (my husband LOVED them) We're here often, at least once a couple months, and it's been a knock out of the park every single time.“

“My favorite restaurant from our recent trip to Oceanside! Everything was delicious. The kids meals were huge and their fries were so good. The pecan crusted salmon with brussel sprouts and sweet potato mash was incredible. Never have I ever had such delicious b sprouts and I was worried the sweet potatoes would be too sweet but they were perfect. The salmon was equally delicious and all around the dish was full of perfect bites.“

I also had a crisp seasonal kombucha that was on tap. Really refreshing for the mid-morning. Communal's atmosphere and aesthetic is light and airy with a community feel. It's always busy, but never overcrowded which is a good sign. I don't mind waiting in line because they have the best merch to peruse while you wait!“

“We discovered this place bc we're new to North County and my daughter wanted spaghetti for lunch. Saw good reviews, so chose here. So glad we found this place! It seems like a lot of people come in here for slices (which is always a great option); we chose to dine-in. There were 5 (maybe 4?) booths. As soon as we walked in I noticed the place was very clean (bathroom was very clean as well!). Had a good selection of food (some pep/cheese slices, garlic bread, gnocchi, spaghetti, wings) - all were delicious! Thin crust, very generous with cheese and toppings on the pizza. (East coast/New York style according to some other reviews).The biggest draw though was the owner. He was the one cooking the pies and running the register. He was so helpful and seemed to genuinely care that we had a great experience. Specifically, when the pies meant for slices were ready, he made sure to ask if we were ok "as is" or wanted any specifics (i.e. extra crispy) (so glad we said "as is" bc it was great!); also, my daughter is a "sauce fiend", so I asked for a little side of extra spaghetti sauce (the amount served w/ the spaghetti was perfect for a normal person!) and he suggested he warm it up first and got to it right away. Secondly, and more importantly, I overheard him thanking his employees for getting through the lunch rush! That was so cool to overhear. I could tell he cares for not only his patrons, but his employees as well!Also, they serve a limited selection of beer and wine!Great experience; they really set the bar for our north county dine-in Italian!“

“Leah and staff gave our large party over the top service. They accommodated our requests and were very attentive. The only thing that would have made our experience better would have been accommodating our request to eat inside. It was hard for our elders to get to the bathroom from outside. One has many allergies, which is why I had asked Luke to sit us inside ;however, given our party's size, they only had outdoor seating that would accommodate us. If you are a large party with elderly, immuno-compromised people, please be aware that they will be sitting outside. Otherwise, everything was excellent ?!“
“Great staff and a wonderful atmosphere! Patio (w/ games) out back was so nice. The beer selection was the best we had during our entire trip! So many places are heavy on IPAs and the variety at OBC was simply fantastic. Truly something for everyone. Our only regret is not stopping here earlier in the trip so we could make it back a 2nd time. Loved the Extra Special Badass and the Soke. Pillow Talk Cream Ale was also delicious. Some nights they have outdoor entertainment. Grab a flight and check it out!“

Fairly priced for what you get and woodfired pizza just tastes so damn good.I ordered the Pink Lady and it did not disappoint! Comes with their signature red sauce, bacon, pepperoni, mushrooms, and spinach. Highly recommend you try the spicy ranch to dip your pizza in - it's not too spicy and most people will be able to handle it.The staff is very friendly and service is on point. The wait isn't too bad, probably waited 15 minutes even when the line was packed.Definitely going to come back to try the other pies.“
