Their chilaquiles are really really good. I just wanted there to be a little bit more meat so this is why we had an addition of Chorizo. The chilaquiles was the best thing we ordered I think. The chimichanga was yummy, not outstanding though unfortunately. Flan is a bit denser than I expected it to be. Overall pretty dang good food and I would love to see this place stay in business. Must be tough with all the competition in the area
Tried El Chacuaco for the first time today. The atmosphere is welcoming, and very clean. There are plenty of options to choose from on the menu. I chose the chicken enchiladas Mole with rice and beans. The food is hearty, Mole was great the rice was flavourful and the beans prepared as traditional refried beans should be. The staff is very attentive. We can't wait to try again!

This is a colorful little strip mall spot with a great salsa bar and very friendly counter service. The salsa was fresh and there are several varieties to choose from. The wife got her favorite, Camerones a La diabla and the shrimp were clean, and simmered in a rich , red sauce. The rice and beans are perfect!! I had the shrimp taco fish taco plate.
