We don’t have a lot of authentic Mexican food in west Roseville So I was so excited to try it the first time, and I was very pleased which is why I have been back several times. My friends and family from Mexico have given their stamp of approval, which is no easy feat. Nothing beats these tacos in the 916. I used to frequent another hole-in-the-wall on 47th and Franklin that topped these but they're no longer in the game. This truck, however, has been a staple in the community for as long as I can remember.As for taste: I had 8 tacos. Favorite in order. “This is best seafood truck on earth, I prefer to eat their seafood over other restaurants and trucks. I try to go once or twice a week since it's right next to work. And I have had seafood that taste like it frozen but this truck has that fresh out the water taste !!“

“What a mighty fine taco truck!!. It is located on the corner of El Camino and Howe in a parking lot. Their carnitas tacos are amazing. I love the self serve condiments that you need to make your taco tasty. They have 2 kinds of salsas, onions, cilantro, limes, etc. Take notice that they only take cash. I am very happy I tried this truck out. It is now on my lunch rotation. Try them out if you are in the area. I think you will like them too“

“The food truck itself is eye-catching. Reminds me of that expensive luxury shoes with the red bottoms (Christian Louboutin). Anyhow, The truck looks so chic and clean. The staff are friendly and nice. We got the Loaded fries with sisig and egg. The fries, in spite of the creamy cheese and sisig on top, remained crispy. It has been deep-fried to perfection. The meat is well seasoned and juicy, although it didn't taste like Sisig to me. I hope they change the seasoning to how the original Sisig tastes like. Overall, it tastes good. Next time, I will definitely try the other food on the menu“
“Tried El Chacuaco for the first time today. The atmosphere is welcoming, and very clean. There are plenty of options to choose from on the menu. I chose the chicken enchiladas Mole with rice and beans. The food is hearty, Mole was great the rice was flavourful and the beans prepared as traditional refried beans should be. The staff is very attentive. We can't wait to try again!“
