I love Gens but I unfortunately after the pandemic thier service has been horrible. Their staff looks like they are hustling but I just think that they are under staffed. Guess I am going to have think I am going to have to find an alternative ?
This location was really nice. It was clean and the service was great! There were really helpful people. Compared to other locations they did not have the whole menu. The food was good, but I wish they served the same foods as the other location. Still great time!

This used to be my favorite Gen location, and I've been to roughly a dozen of them. The last two times I've been there, the quality of the food and service has gone downhill. We asked to sit at an open booth and were told the grill wasn't working, so we sat at a cramped wall lined table. The staff they do have is courteous and attentive but they are so understaffed that we ended up waiting a long time for drinks and food.
