“Randomly driving through from fresno county and decided to get a quick bite...I'm so glad I did. Food was great! Tacos were loaded with meat and the asada itself had lots of flavor. The quesabirria was delicious too but the consume is what I loved. I rarely drink/eat all the broth but I finished the entire cup today. Can't wait to pass through here again.“

“We love Harris Ranch. We stay frequently on our travel from Oregon to San Diego. It is an oasis. Excellent service, very friendly employees, and the prime rib is beyond extraordinary. The rooms meet our needs. Comfortable bed and nice showers. We appreciate the seasonal decorations and the outdoor landscaping. A perfect stop on a long drive.“

“I stopped here the other day on my way home from Sacramento. Earlier in the week I had dined at their Express BBQ, which was fantastic and had me eager for more.I had time, so I decided to eat at the ranch's sit down dining. I looked at the Country Kitchen and the Steak House as well, but decided on the Horseshoe Lounge as it had the most atmosphere and unique ambiance of the three, plus they serve the entire menu of the Country Kitchen and being a bar only adults are allowed in. I loved all of the decorations and even the chairs had unique upholstery.I had no idea about the ranch's history with horse racing or even that it was ranked as the #3 restaurant in California and the #29th best independent restaurant in the Country! After dinner, I knew why it has that ranking. The food was outstanding.I had the Harris Fresh Salad and the Tri-Tip Sandwich (well done). I almost passed on the Fresh Salad because of the name, out here those are typically unremarkable house salads... boy what a mistake that would have been! The salad was fantastic and I've never thought of putting pistachios in there! It would have been sad to have gone for a Caesar salad and missed this.The sandwich was delicious and the fries were crispy and hit the spot, especially after driving for three hours and having a pretty stressful long day of meetings.I only wish I had had time to enjoy their Whiskey Smoked Ribeye, that just sounds like heaven on a plate.I highly recommend this place if you have the time on your travels on the 5.“

“Horrible, the salsa was like water with hot sauce, no tomatoes, no onions, no cilantro...yuk!!! and, it cost $1.99. The chicken fajitas were tasteless, no seasoning, no cheese, no picidegallo. yuk!! A total waste of money. Our waiter never even asked if everything was ok...he was too busy gossiping with the kitchen staff! Save your money!!“

“Great service, depending on where you sit, the AC can be very cold. The food was good. I got the crusted steak. The cut could have been better as I got lots of chewy pieces. The flavor was ok. Maybe it was better to get a regular ribeye steak. Breakfast was good, too.“

“Pizza was good and cashier was very friendly. Pizza was timely, but after asking for cheese and peppers we were told they don't have any, not even for you to buy, but we can see the cheese on the back counter. My daughter was told thst is only for staff to use? How can you be a Pizza parlor ans not have cheese and pepper for your customers.“
