The spice level of the chicken was medium hot, I wanted to enjoy the sandwich before I try something too hot. They do offer three levels of heat. The slaw with sliced pickles on top of the chicken were just right, a little creamy. The onion rings were perfect, light breading, and not greasy.The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Nice and clean inside and they have two small tables with chairs out front. Be aware, this is not fast food, this will take a little time but worth it.“

There was ample parking, but I think this plaza gets crowded on weekdays during the lunch rush. Although they have some seating indoors, it was a beautiful day so we wanted to sit outside. There's a lot of outdoor seating, but being so close to the airport the jet fuel smell wasn't doing it for me so we took our food to go. We ordered one of each kind of taquito they offer to try/share so we got potato, cheese, chicken, ground beef & shredded beef. The cheese and shredded beef were my favorites. They do ask you if you want your taquitos to be made with corn of flour tortillas. If you want a traditional taquito go with the corn tortilla because the flour tortillas, while still delicious, put you in flauta territory. I have no idea what they top these taquitos with but the topping are tasty. I look forward to returning to try their street corn and queso.“

I recall going in my youth when I had the impression the only option was beef and cheese, but Arby's really redid their menu in recent years. The Reuben is pretty good especially for the price. My son likes the Buffalo sliders, and my wife appreciates the gyro with turkey (it's off menu at this point - but they make it). They have quite a few interesting limited time menu options come up. The staff is more courteous than most for fast food. It has emerged for us as a goto for some quick eats. Overall, the balance of price-quality-service is hard to beat.“

They ordered a tonnarelli with tomato & basil sauce with mozzarella balls; it came out and was hot but the noodles were strangely hard and the mozzarella balls were cold. Walking in it was very empty and the employee seemed like he was over it already very monotoned. We ordered a spicy corn dog with mozzarella and a lemonade slush. The used to be cash only but they now take cards as well (for a fee.) I've tried lots of things but my favorite is the American cheese dog. They're hand dipped and made fresh. He actually comes off as he genuinely cares, and I think this is increasingly rare in this world -- he is a breath of fresh air and truly blew me away with his service and care. I am visiting and my friend wanted to eat there. I am vegan and the store has little to offer in the way of vegan options. I asked what could be done for someone who is vegan and words can't describe how attentive and caring he was during the whole process. He made suggestions, took notes amidst kind chat and assurances that weren't even asked for, and then at the end, he even double checked, asking the person who cooked it, again without my asking, "You didn't put cheese on it, did you?" These types of people really should be recognized and I hope he is. We go through days full of people trying to get through the hum drum, collect their measly checks and go home. And nobody can blame them -- things are hard these days. But it makes people like Kevin even more of a rarity and I really hope his display of exceptional character is rewarded.“
